Turn off the webgl on the joiplay setting, it usually fix it. but in doing so the fps will drop, making the gameplay not so smooth

There are games about zombies, for example, that don't have guro but do have the "graphic violence" tag.

And while I think if you're into guro, you should be in therapy, I'm not here to kinkshame. But this kind of stuff needs its own tag so those of us who aren't can easily avoid it.

We can't even get an MTL tag and have a real porn tag...which if you need help figuring real from fake.....(Eh, though that isn't the exact point of tags I guess.)

So I'd be very surprised if we have two tags that require a certain degree of semantics to differentiate.

Not that I don't understand. but there's also like 4 types of NTR and even more people willing to correct you if you aren't pin point accurate.
