Unreal Engine Completed Blue Is Better 2 [v1.0] [Auril]
So apparently, there is only one game that uses directx12 that runs on Windows 7, and that game is World of Warcraft, as Microsoft ported it at the request of Activision-Blizzard. So... I doubt Microsoft will port directx12 for a WoW parody game, so I hope Auril 's heart grow 3 sizes and re-release this with DX11 support and that the future versions of BiB don't become DX12 exclusive.

• Then continue through the main gate of the town to the inn, go talk to the guard standing in front of the inn, he will not let you in unless you have an invitation, at which point a wolf will appear. shows up and says will help you get into the inn... • Now go back to where TOUREN was (where you originally appeared), before giving a gift to TOUREN (or back after giving a gift to TOUREN), go around the back of the house to get the crowbar - it's in the box tool near crafting table, try to interact to get it (you may have trouble getting it)
• After getting the crowbar, go back to the wolf house, interact with the door, talk with the wolf will take place. After the talk, go to the house behind the wolf house, next to the sawmill and look through the window, interact with it, view the scene (in this scene RUBY will be changed to the heroine in SILICON if you previously got the glasses from the wolf house. To get the glasses, you interact with the door of the wolf house with a crowbar to open it, in the wolf house on the table there is a glass, take it)

Make a shortcut of OST_game.exe, open the shortcut's Properties, and in the target field add -dx12. Make sure that there's a space when you put in -dx12, then click Apply and start the game through the shortcut.
I did, but I'm on Windows 7 and it cannot run directx12 except in one case so it was pointless, Windows 10 has the directx11.dll and directx12.dll, so forcing dx12 there will work as a fix if for some reason dx11 was set as the default. Directx12 can only work on Windows7 as part of some World of Warcraft patch, exclusively for that game and it is embedded in that patch, I don't think there is a way to separate it to make it work with other executables.
no clue about the newupdate but the xmass 2021 is a few pages back think its on 38 might even be 39

Hey dev. If you read this please make Ruby and Luxia join up and have them shot porn for the goblin kingpin in order to get the sword back. In the mean time have Luxia's boyfriend do quests where as rewards he gets erotic lingerie to shot even better porn with Luxia and Ruby. On top of that he will do quests for other town members to convince them to also shot some porn. There, 10/10 "Luxia the Sexy Empire" plotline done for you.

No, but you can probably do it through Nvidia's drivers (Nvidia Control Panel), or your respective GPU's driver config options. Failing that, 3rd party software can also do it (RTSS). Enabling V-sync can also limit your FPS though that's not really its primary purpose.
