Bones himself said that it is available to all subscribers.
Also, if you are not subscribed to patreon (or logged out of your account) and try to subscribe through the release post - it will only ask for $1

IF he continues breaking what he has said on deadlines, with updates, then most certainly will critique him. Few are "attacking" him as you say, most people just point out the obvious failures he's doing. And lack of information from him, or updates on progress to his games.
Those aren't attacks, they're critique on him, which is fair game to do.
