Dang, I love this game. I think sharing/swinging or even some NTR would be great on it, but even being a big fan of this genres and this game having nothing of it, I just LOVE this game.

there is to many ntr games as is. and i for one dont like being a simp cuck or a beta so im more then fine with how this game is.

In the first game there was a bad NTR ending (or, more accurately, some guys rape all the LIs, if what I read about it is correct) that happened about halfway through the game. The good thing was that the option that activated it (as far as I know if you chose that option, the bad ending happens without any posibility of stop it) was indicated in an ostentatiously clear way, so that no one could choose it by mistake.
I don't get the beginning choice about what content you're ok with. It says that one LI may either be female or male and that there's a trans girl who may or may not be dateable and then I get to choose "female only" or "trap content ok". But those seem like they should be two choices.

The trans and the gender choice are two different choices. Eleonora is supposedly trans. Riley is either a man that looks like a girl (trap) or a woman.

As the game itself says, Riley will be a man or a woman depending on what you choose:
While Eleonora will always be trans, but if he chooses "only females", then there will be no romance with her:
And here you have the choice:
So if you choose "Only Females" Riley is female and Leonora will not be available romantically, and if you choose "Allow for Trap content" Riley is male and the MC can have a romance with Leonora.
AS Alandir says, there is no possibility of choosing Riley to be a woman and at the same time having the option of romance with Eleonora. Although the truth is that I hadn't noticed it until now, possibly because my only option is "only female"
Only found dev's work recently and finished both this and prequel a couple days ago, but from skimming the forum in the first game and seeing what had to be said about it, I'm honestly kind of impressed he's willing to do it again, and without financial incentive this time. Personally not a fan of it, but I'm not here to knock it.
