Yes though you can also use an autohotkey script which I've posted in this thread that automates it to save some life on your mouse. It's dumb but what can you do?
Esc->Settings->write win surprise sex->thats all
trait system needs to be polished right now level it to 30 just make a lot of trait appears on the neph, i read DH will implement potions to get those traits but right now you don't know what it will be in the next update
Is there any way to add the breeding traits to the player character to pass along to offspring?

The cheats are only temporary due to development inconveniences. When the game is released the final version will not have cheats as an option, at least its not in the plan to keep them. They were only implemented to give people relief from doing everything all over again after save wipes. Must have been lots of complainers I think.

Right. I actually haven't played much since the cheats were implemented and forgot about them. I really hope he can come up with something that's fun enough so everyone wouldn't want to bypass it through cheats. Mindlessly clicking to win a game reminds me of those old mario party games for the 64 where to win you'd have to practically destroy your control stick.

Seriously why is it that nearly every time I come to this thread, newfags are complaining about lack of monthly content? Were you expecting a full game's worth of content every month? Last update was a complete wall of text with new additions and fixes and you're still complaining? You don't have to download every update, by the way. If you're that starved for new content, wait a few months and just download then. It's the holidays, so the dev's probably with family or friends primarily.

If you say some bug fixes and minor changes are a lot well yeah totally agree veteran user. Among the latest public versions I didn't see much content but who am I just a random user so i can't write anything here
