The Creator Build is a sort of gallery replacement, you can create your own presets, but not even necessary, and then choose in the gallery two partners (giver + receiver), and then whether already present presets or your own saved ones.
Yeah, it depends on whether there is an additional character with interactions or not. If I am not mistaken, then there is only the blowjob scene with Falene, but you could have had sex already in the previous Creator Build. In that case it would be the same if the new one is included in the new Creator Build. It's just based on personal preferences if someone likes that opportunity or not...
What i meant is: will my own presets appear in the normal game? If not, then I really don't want to waste $10 even for a one-timer.

Edit: What this means is, that you need to upload them there so they can be implemented in a future update, but those presets are only the random generated ones if I am not wrong. I don't know how many presets are actually uploaded there, so it could happen that there is a need to vote, but so far it doesn't look like it is the case.
TLDR: You need to upload them, so they aren't available on demand
Well, I only want to change my game a little bit. To me, many of the presets are on the "heavier" side and I want some presets to look a bit slimmer. If I can't do that, then there is no reason to pay for the Creator Build.

The Creator Build is a preset editor and a gallery (choosing a giver and a receiver for a scene), and does not include the base game. You can use your presets in the gallery, but to have them in the actual game for a future upadte (as seen in the changelogs lately) you need to upload them on the Discord server (I don't know what happens there).
Why do you need to increase? You only need 2 doses each capture if you use the right one.

No, because the creator made the decision that he didn't want any human faced males in the entire game. And since he hasn't yet created the beastial heads for titans, harpies, bats, or seraphims (did I miss any?), none of those breeds have any male variant. The male and female beastial heads hve been created at the same time for different breeds in the past. I do not know which breed is next to receive such variant.

That has to be the most lame excuse I have ever heard from any developer ever. Is the dev some sort of sexist or something (I'm obviously not being serious here)?

Originally there were no human faced male breeds. When he would make a new breed there would only be one type of head for both males and females. The males were always beastial, and the females were beastial for some races (like vulwarg) and human for others (like bouvar).
Then he remade the entire random nephelym generation system so that all breeds would share the same skeleton to make producing more animations easier. Because the breeder has to be a part of the same animation system, the breeder too has the same skeleton, and the same body deformations. This also meant that all the nephelym had access to the human faces. Since the dev had spent so much effort (I think it took around a year) creating this system, he didn't have time to make new beastial faces, so every breed, both the males and females, had human faces. This caused a rather intense backlash from folks that wanted monster breeding, not human looking monsters. The dev said the human faces were removed from males because they didn't fit his vision, but I still don't know if it was that or the rabid "fans" that didn't want any human looking dudes muscling in on them.
