There are many other things he could have done than punch her in the face. I can't say what I want, because it will be deleted. So you think what you want, but I will not accept this as an acceptable method of dealing with the situation. It was absolutely despicable and if you enjoyed it... great for you.

The whole point is, the MC loses control for a moment, because the niece knows how to trigger him and does so.
If u see his reaction, it's clear that this wasn't what he wanted to do, nor did he think it was the correct choice.

I say it's largely the nieces fault, because she intentionally makes him lose control, so that he will hit her, not because she deserves to be punched in that moment.

OK that was a weird trip. The game is Buried Desires, so I guess the question is what desires are buried? Is he supposed to be like Matsu from Ecchi Sensei, a clean cut teacher suppressing a lust that can come out as demonic rage? Are we witnessing events from an unreliable narrator?

I got that vibe too, but he comes off as infinitely less competent. While the lad from Ecchi Sensei can back it up, this guy seems like someone who thinks he's the shit yet gets continually shat on by everyone.

I REALLY want this game to succeed because the tags touched all my hot buttons: Harem/Incest/School Setting/Corruption/Loli and the renders are SO nice! (Multiple red heads? TWIN red heads? A cute emotionally distant blonde? A perky brunette? YES please!) So I spent way to much time thinking how I'd "fix" this mess... 1) Given you don't want to rewrite the whole cluster F of an update you: 2) Simply make the gas station bimbo optional! Usually what I do in cases where I want to pursue a path but still want to see the bathroom sex with some whore is save, watch the scene, reload and continue on. That should be fairly easy, right? 3) Given you have to go the skeevy hotel to not "waste the work" add an option to simply assist the crack whore instead of getting an STD. 4) When Luna pushes you, instead of belting her one, turn her over your knee, turn her ass red which will unleash her sexual desire (already shown in the abortive conversation in the car) for MC, have a nice sex scene with the niece. Niece goes outside for a soda, MC hears her scream, rushes out and sees her being drug off into the back of a car. Also, put the Ava/Olivia side story in the main game just before the update which shows MC isn't a complete pussy as he decks Lucas in the side story and shows some balls. Anyway, my 2 cents

And at the beginning of the game he is hired just because he is a good teacher specialised in coping with problematic students.

He's like Schrodinger's MC. He knows how to handle unruly kids to get them to open up while at the same time being an absolute idiot who can be led by the nose on a whim when it suits the plot.

Kinda wish I had him in my maths class. I'd have questioning his profession by half term.

There was no need sure, but just think about one thing, the MC is supposed to be a good teacher, but we see him with a psychiatrist, the guy is broken and can get messy, even try to murder someone.
In that scene i would have prefered to see him getting really over the top and not only punching Luna, but destroy her completely and then coming back to reality looking at her blody corpse !
It would have made much more sense i guess.

Hello, what happened to hillside? Also, which games in your opinion have managed to convey fellings properly?

There are 2 great examples about how to manage feelings properly in a porn game, both unfortunately abandoned or on hold: Bad Teacher and Sins of the Father.

In both games sex is treated properly: something fun, uncompromised and deshinibited like should be in a game full of...well, sex scenes. Also in addition both include the best imaginative sex scenes I have seen in videogames, far from usual bland uninspired blowjobs and other overused positions that seem taken from a cheap database.

Women have their personalities, they want to be laid, are attracted by protagonist and want to have some fun without a tagged "love story" that normally seems written by a 12 year old boy.

MC follow their own ways, being one a swindler hedonist who wants to enjoy life without compromises, other a gifted, unexperienced guy who surrenders to pleasures of sex without regrets or second thoughts even with their own family, far from the stupid pussies afraid of sex and consequences or desperately in love that most of developers show off, paralized in front of beauties and unable to take some initiative. Nobody wants to play a role like that.

If you didnt check both games, you should. Unfortunately, both are the exception (could be some more that I cannot remember right now) and died too early. Still hope Sins of the Father could return someday.

Holiday Island could be an example of how to ruin an interesting premise because of the same old story: you are playing a guy surrounded by extremely beauty ladies being the only man in a paradise island but you are waiting for chicks to take initiative insinuating or seducing an extremely dumb protagonist who had sex like 20 times but still is unable to be the "man of the island" and do something by his own will and afraid to peek the cleavage of a girl you watched naked a lot of times before. Como on developers...

Like you get the choice to let your daughter have a lesbian relationship and "share" her or you can tell her to cut that shit out and take her for yourself. You can have your wife be dominant, submissive or just regular. With most girls you have to option to either go hard on the flirting or keep them at arms length. Additionally from what i have seen none of the above choices split the game up in significant routes, which is positive since we don't end up with something like three games in one.

Then the dev completely misses the ball, by not giving us those awesome choices at moments where it's incredibly obvious one should. Fucking a gas station slut while you have massive issues to deal with regarding your niece. Fucking a crack whore which honestly felt more like rape to me than anything. Dude didn't even bother to check her age.

youre totally right i event mentioned in an earlyer post that the freedom of choices were a great thing in v.1.0 you could behave like you would to a character or situation were even able to ignore some like the secretary (i think it was the secretary) in the school but then a side story with choice (totally meaningless cause changes nothing in the base game) and finnally the kinetic nightmare called 2.0 (experimental....frankensteins monster was experimental and still looked better) with single menu choices leading to scenes 80% of people the last 10 pages didnt like...

This HAD promise in V0.1 and now its turning into yet another VM that is in drama overdose for no reason, the premise was already sound but in this one update it took a turn to Trashville at 100 miles per hour. There is an old acronym for this ...... K.I.S.S, Keep It Simple Stupid! There was no need for the side story after the initial release first off, other then to waste time IMO and secondly this mob/cult BS is completely unneeded and detracts from the general premise of what the story was initially portrayed as.

The next release will tell if this goes to the Ignore list or not for me. I am hoping the Dev can recover the story going forward without the unneeded drama this release brought to the table.
