Do yourself a favor an ignore the trend.
The majority of Camp Pinewood's characters were recognizable. Appropriately aged and sexualized versions of themselves.
The art here is good, and I'm sure future scenes will be as well. The problem is Vaultman has already oversold what Project Pinewood is, and as a longtime supporter and follower of his work, I can't help but already be disappointed.
Tbh the most aggravating thing was when he announced there were going to be a bunch of OV characters. Just what the internet needs. More Overwatch porn.
At first, I thought the game had some weird kind of background noise going on, because, yknow, no background music or anything. The game proceeded to fuck up and freeze so I opened task manager.
Then I realized it was the sound of my graphics card whining itself to an early grave because this game is an absolute fucking resource hog. 50% CPU and GPU utilization on a blank af main menu? Excuse me?

What remake are we on now? I feel like we will be with maybe 2 characters at the rate they get rid of content as they mix things up. Anyone who has tried is it even worth the effort yet?

Hello! We're ready to share some news with you. First of all, Project Pinewood is Camp Pinewood 2 now. First of all, take a look at concepts for Raven and Korra
Gameplay is more dynamic now. For example, you can walk left/right, like in a platformer.
Thanks to your feedback, we decided:
1. To make game more cartoonish
2. Redesign all characters to their original designs.
3. Bring back older Francine ( not at start
)4. Rewrite some dialogues because the story changed
5. Rework the code (now it runs 8x faster)
6. Bring back Melinda and Gwen
Most things are already done! Almost all characters you saw in Project Pinewood DEV versions are currently in redesign process, it will take some time, but not too much.
Release date ( 0.1 version ) is the first half of November.
