I downloaded 0.2.8 here and it works without a crack. Since the last working update you can see that there are new locations, items etc. There are some bugs with the display of the inventory.

The previously cracked version was like 0.1.7, if I remember correctly. Going from that to 0.2.8 seems like a big jump, but I don't see much or any new content. I was wondering if this is because the new version bugged the quests in my old save and if it's worth it to start a new playthrough, since the walking across the whole map is pretty tedious.
Also, does the camp work, yet? It's got a place to sleep and a stash now, but I still can't seem to send any NPC to it.

Perhaps the reason some of the items in your inventory are missing is not because of a bug, but because this is the Steam version. The previously uploaded versions 2.1 and 2.3 were files with all the contents as the Patreon version, but afterward, it was difficult to write a crack for DRM, so version 2.8 was uploaded to the Steam version (no DRM). I don't know if it's a Steam policy issue, but some items have been censored and removed. This is probably why some items are missing from your inventory.

it was already possible to get the female head in the 0.2.3 version. Here is the updated map with the items (based on the 0.2.9 version):

Editing the gold you have using the cheat engine seems impossible. However, you can edit the gold value very quickly and easily using a site called onlinesaveditor. (It is an online 'Sav' editor, not an online 'Save' editor.)

Not everyone has the same tolerance for death and gore that you do, especially for a porn game.
At the moment that's on the game because F95 uses it for both pregnancy and impregnation, and the game has a mini-quest and sex scene specifically dedicated to (unsuccessfully, for the moment) having a centaur rut and impregnate the player.
100% need to start a new version, there have been several breaking updates since 0.1.7. A couple that broke quests, another that broke items. As for the camp, NPC hook-in has not yet happened.
Why are you responding to a seven month old post as though it's still relevant? We have human heads now.
Not a bug, but also not a steam versus Patreon deal. There are multiple major changes in save, quest, and item handling between v0.1.7 and v0.2.8, changes that explicitly broke existing saves.
How do you suggest doing that, when the developers actively DMCA links that accept takedown notices? Are you gonna sneak into their houses and IPblock Mega? Cut their internet connections? Track down their IPs and convince Mega to block them?
A mega link isn't going to stay online for this game. That's a simple, undeniable fact.

But is it worth it? I've played through the same quests like three times already and it's gonna be a fourth time, when the next update breaks the save again. The quests I've tried for now weren't any different from before.
