Personally I'm not sure, but it could definitely stand to do with some QoL improvements, like giving you some small hints on how to get certain scenes or progress on things not in Signals instead of expecting you to just go literally everywhere at literally every time frame until you magically proceed.

It's the Taboo. Constantly being told you can't have this sort of kink. So many games have the "perverted protagonist" shock that seeing a girl defend them is endearing. The discount alternative is the Doting MILF, don't have that yet, or overly affectionate Childhood Friend, which that's Asmedia's current role. Even the cheesy landlady swap will still get some people off. If I had to say Maeve would be more the little sister since she's literally been living in the protagonist's head and knows all his kinks.

Pick up the game and ask what is the end goal? A harem king collects a harem, a looty shooty is a pirates wet dream, the hero going out to save the world generally has the villain cast a big shadow to let the hero shine with light. A sense of direction does a lot even if the threat isn't real.

Substitution doesn't do much but if the girl's love gets high enough they could call the player a pet nickname. Take the Teaching Feeling game as it gives lots of unique dialogue dependent on what the player wants to be called. A lot of the other ones is a foreboding sense of danger or wanting to watch the world burn.

Love the game. The light rough stuff your talking about adding is a definite plus for me, maybe throw in a little daddy/master wordplay as well. A little sister and/or a loli type character is an attention grabber as well. Not a fan of any sharing,ntr stuff but seeing another guy doesn't take away from the story for me personally. I dont feel one way or another about incest, but I'm with you 100% on futa and NTR. However, I think what niche fetishes do for a game is help it stand out. That is specially important when talking about a game using Koikatsu, where there's hundrends of games that share the same art style and most sex scenes.
CoR has a larger potential playerbase by being a vanilla game, but you're competing with a lot more games too. Something like Twisted world (from what ive seen, havent played it) appeals to a much smaller crowd, but is competing with a lot less games for that futa crowd.
You can stand out in other ways outside of lewds. HHG has more involved RPG/management elements. LiL has horror elements. Not saying these games are better, but they are different. So as great as CoR does things, I do think it hasn't found that striking identity yet.

Buuut, with all that said, this is just the 2 cents of a player. What do I know? What I'm much more certain of is that you should stick to YOUR vision of the game. We can see how passionate you are for your game. If you start giving up your vision to try to please this or that crowd, you might lose your fire, and the players you already conquered

I said what the hell and played it. A few things different from this one

It ask games like this "why so serious?" as it knows it's a porn game and goes in for the lols. You start off with a massive dick and the game just rolls with it for comedic gold. Like why aren't there many guys in the world? Because it gives the girls a reason to be more perverted! Take that reverse construction worker cat calling Oh you don't like da futa/traps, okay we'll warn you about that but you have to tell them no and they are going to look disappointed.

CoR has a more serous vibe, you're the hero to save the day but it takes awhile before it lets it's hair down and is like now you can play with the cute girls. Since the girls play nice with each other there isn't much drama while Twisted World has the girls fighting to get some of the last remaining dick in existence. They even play it up on the news how big a dick the player has Try hiding from a world of thirsty girls now bitch. Some will shank a bitch and it's entertaining.

The girls actually show up on the maps so it looks a lot more lively. Like instead of Maeve being a button why not have her be interactable in the room? In Twisted World they have the girls watching tv, eating at the table, laying on the bed, working out, and taking a bath. It's more of these are the girls you can interact with instead of here are the buttons to interact with the girls. These little touches make the world feel more alive as they're not standing around waiting for me as they're doing their own thing.

Now there are some things it doesn't do all that well like it will ask if you're an adult every bloody time you run the game, you can't simply turn the things you don't like off like you can in Ravager, the mouse cursor gets replaced with a dick so you're looking at a dick as you move around, the body types are extra thicc or skinny with very little middle ground, the quest log is just a scribbled note saying maybe someday, the gallery uses even smaller buttons but they do pop while telling you what the scene is so I guess Zimon could take some notes to improve their gallery with bigger buttons, popping, and short descriptions of scenes.

I'll say if you can tolerate there being futa/traps in a game then I'd recommend giving Twisted World a try. It has less polish in some areas but it's good for a laugh.

The only things I'm interested in, be it elsewhere, are ways to improve it.

Adding a little flare helps the buttons stand out and lets the player know they can interact with it. It's the reason why you can have a different graphic for Idle, Hover, and Inactive.
