Achieve "it could have been worse, right?"
Go to the sexshop after school, then go there again another day and buy the large dildo.
Accrue enough 'green bars' on the option to masturbate at home (begins filling automatically once Chloe is +1 slot) and then be at home on Thursday night with enough energy to masturbate. Choose to masturbate, use a toy, take dildo.
When the landlord arrives in the morning, pretend to be sleeping - Chloe still has the dildo in her and the landlord makes a move, Achievement!

Repeat this same scenario on another Thursday to accomplish your other achievement .

this is not a renpy game, is made on Java for the android porn,
you can only see the saves with you have root and use a root-explorer, the save is the same over all versions, a .INI file

Recommended by another user above, extract the exe file to a folder using IZarc, 7zip, or alternate, then run Project6 in that folder - the image files will then be automatically organized into permanent subfolders and running the game will be a lot smoother
