AFAIR, if you've really completed the quest, you've just have to go down on the main floor and -try to- exit the house (i.e. use the main house entry on the bottom). Then "someone" will appear and the story will go on ...
Thanks for your answer, but I can neither enter the ground floor nor go back upstairs. I can see the grennskin-servant (forgot his name) standing at the main door waiting for Sylia, when I'm running around on the walls, but I have no way to reach him.
When you‘re on the map, not in a dialogue, press esc and choose „Save“ it‘s the second to last point in the menu. You can also save by touching the golden statues you can find on the map.
Are you "stuck" inside the walls ? This is the only thing I could think of to prevent you from reaching the servant.
yes I‘m kind of stuck. I can only walk on the stairs, or on the walls. When I try to leave the stairs, to enter the ground floor Sylia says sehe doesn‘t need to go back there.

Yeah no I did that, I went outside as well and saw the Wanderer in the city area, went off to the right side of the screen, and after that. I wandered around town, triggered as many events as I could, haven't been able to find the specific one with the Wanderer in it though, which is where I'm stuck at.
