Just to double check, I re-extracted CollegeBound-0.4.04-pc.zip into a new folder, copied my [FOZ]la_CollegeBound-4.0.4.rar file into the folder with CollegeBound.exe and extracted the rar file letting it overwrite the files and everything worked just fine.

Did you perhaps accidently use the Steam version: [FOZ]la_CollegeBound-STEAM_EP2v2.rar on the Patreon/Public version of the game or vice versa?

No clue what I did differently that time. Yesterday, I red-did it 3 times, same result. Today, no issues. Thanks.

EDIT: Scratch that... Something about using Unren.bat screws it up. Today was the first time I didn't run it initially. Once I got in and saw the added features, I closed it and ran Unren. Then, it happened again. Maybe the rpyc files are being remade into rpy?

The options I choose are 3/4/5/6. Would any of those cause an issue?

Update:
Tested each option in Unren...
Option 3 triggered it.
Option 4 is fine.
Option 5 is fine.
Option 6 is fine.

Looking into the base game files, neither of those labels are defined twice.
Looking into the mod files, each of those label is defined twice.

The Mod does introduce this duplication, it's just that the game doesn't pick up on it for some reason until the console and dev menu is enabled through Unren.

I ended up changing the label of the first instance of each of those and everything works now.

While in developer mode Ren'Py will raise exceptions for stuff it normally doesn't complain about. For instance, missing audio files won't be silently *ba dum tss!* ignored anymore but crash the game instead. It's quite handy a feature, really. :geek:

I stopped reading after I saw Unren as that will mess up my mod.
As for my mod, I just add if/else statements to Foz rpy files or additional dialogue, nothing more.

You really should though, because they did not unpack a thing but activated developer mode which has Ren'Py point out errors in your files it normally silently ignores.

Shenaniganzz, I dismissed this because it is not a game breaking error for normal users and my lack of free time of late for these games. I did just now take a few minutes to see what is the issue and it is because I had used redundant code for my cheat to do both Jess in the vag and ass.

To resolve this issue would mean I would need to do one of two things:
  • Rename my labels in my cheat for the file S0404.rpy and add these to new redundant code with my new labels to sceneControls_ep3.rpy and have to continuously maintain all the updates that will continue to take place with sceneControls_ep3.rpy through out this chapter's (and possibly future chapters) update.
  • Or modify/rewrite that scene's code to merge all three into several if/else code paths and try to maintain just that if Foz does any updates that involve that scene.
I'll probably do that later but probably won't have it out until the 0.4.05 release.


For a quick fix for yourselves, just open S0404.rpy with a text editor, (Atom is the recommended for Ren'Py) and edit the chose options you don't plan play and change the labels from
label spA_jessVag0404: and label spA_jessAnal0404:
to maybe
label spA_jessVag0404x: and label spA_jessAnal0404x:

Random late aside, but does anyone else find Lisa kind of similar to Victoria - first time i saw her i kind of confused one with the other, what is less frequent in later appearances, but i still see some resemblance.

Can definitely see them together, faking being relatives in some porn movie.

Absolutely agree. I like both of them but it threw me for a loop the first time. I may just not remember but have we seen them both on screen at the same time?

Nope, none at all and i replayed it from begining just last night. One reason i'm strongly in favor of them doing a porn studio scene roleplaying MILF mom & daughter duo.
