On what "downloads" exactly? Which D/L link you used, what software made the alert, and which file was mentioned in the alert message?
I downloaded Confined_with_goddesses-0.3.2-pc.zip from Mega, link on OP. No warnings, zero threats results from different AV software checking both packed and unpacked files.

Care, it starts with nice 2d hand drawn art, but ends with crappy semi 3d semi AI trash. I am disappointed...

As I wrote you before, I'd already posted the fix for the hand skill bug (and another bug). See this post
I played using that patch and didn't encounter any problems.
The official update 0.3.2.2 is available on author's
