I didn’t quite understand in the new game there will be the same main character and the action will take place after the end of the original game or not? If anyone knows, maybe he can explain it to me.

Why would you stop at pregnancy? A pregnancy is not an end, but a beginning.
Don't you also want to see the child birth? The breast feeding? Changing the diaper? Teaching the kid to walk? To talk? To go to school?

End of the beginning. True end or whatever that is and means

I have respected the devs who've said they stop at pregnancies because there will always be the fans who want the kids to get sexed up should the game go that long. And they draw the line at kid stuff.
