I wonder what level 4 will be
anal? or 3some? or will level 3 be anal and 4 finally be vaginal. I've seen games go both ways where vaginal was easier to get and you had to work for anal and vice verse. Honestly though I don't think I've seen any indication that level 4 will be anal, but I have been wrong before. Wont be the first time and wont be the last.
