To get Gwen's last outfit, you have to invite her to the beach. To get Lily's last outfit, I'm pretty sure you have to work at the bar and it will randomly trigger one day when you are moving boxes around. To get Pixie's last outfit, you have to decorate your room with Halloween decorations and go to sleep. You have to do that twice to unlock the outfit.
There seems to be a bug.

So is the sharing 100% avoidable, or we just dont see it ?

There are two points in the game in which you can order a girl to do something sexually with another man as the asshole choice. So yes, 100% optional. Really just there to be cruel to the girls because there is no actual scene for those players who would actually want to see such a thing.
The club is necessary for story progression but the content for making the girls pole dance is 100% optional and I highly doubt it will go beyond exhibitionism.

It was never long enough to be in the gallery but it's brief and still exist, if you blink you'll likely miss it.
Incest was a thing like two years ago when Arc still came around here with the promise of everything under the sun to get money. Lots of references to it in code but after he left well he back-peddled hard on that to the point a few started to preach that he never intended it at all and it was all just F95 propaganda. I think one of the more laughable conspiracy theories was he wrote all the code tags to throw off the people that look at the code.
While researching her you come across that it exist however you are given the option if you want to watch it.

All of that is still in the game but never at any point implemented in such a way as to tickle an incest fetish. (speaking from experience with my own incest fetish)
The only reason to put quotation marks around "children" in that context is to indicate that it's not literal. If anything, that proves she didn't give birth to them even without the clone reveal.
How frequently does this game update? Is it weekly? Because the previews look great, and with this frequency of updates I don't imagine the amount of content is going to be an issue
