He said that he "might" work on an update in May, but that is a big might.
There's a picture missing; you can't fix that but you can work around it.
Go to the img\pictures folder.
Copy the "v0.8f 251 hearing that.png" and then paste it into the pictures folder.
This creates a file named "v0.8f 251 hearing that - Copy.png"
Rename this file to "v0.8f 252 it didnt.png"
I don't know what's missing, but this gets you past that annoying Retry popup.

Might of checked this out if it wasn't the same old same old female protagonist game where you just drag her around and get her raped and molested by every Tom Dick and ugly fat bastard in the game type of game. If you had a choice on who you did stuff with and who you could ignore then I would of tried it out but since it's the same old generic stuff the only thing I'm clicking is the ignore thread button.
Only one little thing You have no options, things are simply happening in which you do not decide anything. I like this visual novel, but I would like it more if I could intervene in some way. Have some decisions

Sorry for not responding sooner. I've been swamped with my day job lately + some personal stuff came up. And just didn't have the time to update the game.
I don't think I'll be able to release a new version this month. But I'll do my best to get a new version out next month.

It was pretty much the death of this game when Inceton gave it to Pink Tie.
Content went unstructured and it felt like a loveless porn-picture show.

You mean,no one can have some problems? I don't thing so - everyone can have problems sometimes(even the famous star on the TV like music star,actress and actors and more)! The developer did say,he sorry and he will try to post next update next month,because he has to much job(some people work to make money - you don't think most of the people here who create some game,they do only this and don't have a real job in life,did you?) and because of some personal stuff (this mean,he probably have some personal problems - may be with his girlfriend or his parents,i don't want to know,this is his personal problem) - I'm just trying to make you understand - the point is everyone can have problems sometimes and we need to understand that,because we have them too and this is something human! PS: The game is great and i don't thing,just because of a little delay and some problems,you need to say stuff like "this game deserved better" - try do something like that yourself,without some problems and then i will tell you,you are right and i was wrong,but we both know this is impossible!

You deeply missunderstood what I wrote.
which is weird caus its not much and not that difficult to read.
1. you may re-read my post and find I said it was already losing quality BIG TIME before his "problems" and the massive delay
2. "problems" occur, but do they for 5 months streight? If so you might decide to stop accepting the patreon money -IF you had actual decency.
Also, if you say in april you want to get it done next month, you may at least leave another post keeping patreons informed oh when / how or why not.
3. I have. so YES. it is possible to deliver constant updates for a successful self-made game while having a job and real life obstacles too.
I appreciate you defending a dev.
But this one really doesnt need nor deserve it.
Thats the point where I want to mention 1. again.
They took this game and flushed all its quality down the toilet -and thats hard to achieve given the fact the "new" approach had animations in it while the old one did not.

I understand your point,but i need to say: 1st - They are actually 3 months not 5; 2nd - Maybe the situation is more complicated from what we thing; 3rd - At least this developer try to post some information and say sorry as opposed to the one who create "Lida's Adventure" and literally didn't do and post anything from the last year (i thing it was 7 months) until the beginning on this month and later after that post the new update! I hope you understand my point,just like i understand your and I'm happy you appreciate that I'm defending - actually,I'm just try to be positive and to don't judge anyone(which is hard sometimes) and to don't complain,just because some game is delayed due to any circumstances - I just go and play some other games until the new update of the others games i play(like this one) come!
