Yes the missing ones are from the first night but you must play it 2-3 times to get all of that content.
1 Playthrough will not get all open you must play it several times from the start to open all of them.

I'm no expert by any stretch, but what I can tell you is that I've unlocked most of Charlotte's events during my 2nd trip without issue. There was just one thing that seemed impossible, and that's related to the first night: Seems you can't make her stay overnight anymore, so any event that's tied to that might indeed be undoable in your current playthrough, but there's still plenty you can still unlock on your second trip.

So just started chapter one, got a task in the notebook that doesn't go away, it says "
During lunch chloe mentioned her homework, if I want to have a look i should find them(assuming it's her) after lunch"
I did find her doing her homework right after lunch but nothing is happening

Steal Chloe’s homework from the interior at 13:00 and then be there again at 15:00.

Is there a reason to get 100% on the yacht(and the island)? got 99% on the yacht, the only event that is left is Linda's surprise visit and it seems bugged,I also can't turn on Linda's night visits, it says it's "unavailable".(I'm assuming that's the cause, I tried ignoring her for a week)

No there is no reason other than getting 100% completion and maybe the gallery being 100% complete, don't really know about the gallery part though.

For the island you only have to do Rachel's to get what is needed but for chapter 2 it does not mater anyway because it takes it you are 100% complete.

Thanks for the previous answer, currently in ch.2, there's no daily chores in this one? the MC didn't get a spanking even once since I started playing(not that I'm complaining, just wondering if it's a bug that'll prevent some femdom content which I do like), I'm seeing chores mentioned in the progress section like "Back to school" but I didn't do any studying or cleaning at all.
