I'm no expert by any stretch, but what I can tell you is that I've unlocked most of Charlotte's events during my 2nd trip without issue. There was just one thing that seemed impossible, and that's related to the first night: Seems you can't make her stay overnight anymore, so any event that's tied to that might indeed be undoable in your current playthrough, but there's still plenty you can still unlock on your second trip.Is it possible to let Charlotte stay overnight after the first night?
I tested everything with her when she come at home.

So just started chapter one, got a task in the notebook that doesn't go away, it says "

Steal Chloe’s homework from the interior at 13:00 and then be there again at 15:00.

Is there a reason to get 100% on the yacht(and the island)? got 99% on the yacht, the only event that is left is Linda's surprise visit and it seems bugged,I also can't turn on Linda's night visits, it says it's "unavailable".(I'm assuming that's the cause, I tried ignoring her for a week)

No there is no reason other than getting 100% completion and maybe the gallery being 100% complete, don't really know about the gallery part though.
For the island you only have to do Rachel's to get what is needed but for chapter 2 it does not mater anyway because it takes it you are 100% complete.

Chapter 3, First Night:
Charlotte’s first visit, choose: Sex/Average/Girl (your preference)/ Again Girl/Sex/Average/Sex/Average and your preference.
In the morning, you'll have unlocked Naked in living room.
Charlotte’s second visit, choose: Accept her request/Give her some space. At night, masturbating scene, Charlotte invites you to watch a porn movie, Accept. After that, there is a scene with handcuffs , choose continue.
You'll have unlocked Found masturbing, Watch porn with her and Took selfies.
When you go back to the office, the rest will be possible.
