I'm no expert by any stretch, but what I can tell you is that I've unlocked most of Charlotte's events during my 2nd trip without issue. There was just one thing that seemed impossible, and that's related to the first night: Seems you can't make her stay overnight anymore, so any event that's tied to that might indeed be undoable in your current playthrough, but there's still plenty you can still unlock on your second trip.

Is there a reason to get 100% on the yacht(and the island)? got 99% on the yacht, the only event that is left is Linda's surprise visit and it seems bugged,I also can't turn on Linda's night visits, it says it's "unavailable".(I'm assuming that's the cause, I tried ignoring her for a week)

No there is no reason other than getting 100% completion and maybe the gallery being 100% complete, don't really know about the gallery part though.

For the island you only have to do Rachel's to get what is needed but for chapter 2 it does not mater anyway because it takes it you are 100% complete.

Did you get the 4th star in "Spending Time with Emily"? If it is done then you should get the convo with Linda, it may take a few days to come up but it should be there.
