You don't need to reset it. You should just have more and more option when you choose to sleep with Rachel as her sub trait is getting higher and as you find her outfit.
Otherwise the event is the e255 with you want to edit your save.

Check the walkthrough
To take Chloe for a walk you need to have a pending punishment for Emily.
Go see Rachel, if there is the dialog line "Susan wants to see you" do nothing. Go see Emily, send her to your room to be punished. Do no go there. Go see Rachel again, tell her Susan wants to see her. Go see Chloe : you have a new option.
For Amy spanking Chloe and reverse : have a pending punishment for Chloe. Punish Amy (even if undeserved). You'll have the option to punish both.

What i tried to do is choosing the spank-deal with you later. And during the spanking complete the 20, cause i think scene ends if you dont feel half the threshold after 10.
Im also not into spanking, and this agme makes me cringe to unknown limits, but Chloe makes it fun, and Emily is not into it, so she always gives you options.
Also theres stuff happening at 6AM, took me some time to realize that.

The 'normal' way to do it is first to raise Rachel's sub (with the Hands Off event, if you missed it look for ealier posts, and by having sex with her at night with Amy watching).
Once she is 4+, you get a new dialog with Susan that opens the Master event, it allows you to spank Rachel, given you have found the rattant cane. When you spank Rachel and her sub is high enough, you can call Susan to watch. It raises Susan's trait by 1 each time. That way you open the possibility to trade rare seashell for Susan's spanking.

See my earlier post on that #11,489 . It's a bug that is now corrected in the 8.c version. As it's not here, you need to edit your save and change the proper value to have a chance to start the event.

Most people miss the first night vignette :
Naked in living room
During Charlotte’s first visit, choose: Sex / Average / Any Girl (your preference) / Again Any Girl / Sex / Average / Sex /
Average and any choice of your liking. In the morning, you'll have unlocked the vignette.
For the second Night :
Found masturbating, Watch porn with her and Took selfies
During Charlotte’s second visit, choose: Accept her request / Give her some space. At night, you'll wake up and see
Charlotte's masturbating scene. Then she'll invite you to watch a porn movie, Accept. After that, there will be a scene with
handcuffs , choose Continue. You'll have unlocked the last of those vignettes.

Once you’ve struck the deal with Chloe (see Prerequisites above), catch her in Emily’s room at 16:00 and tell her that “She
Must Be Punished”, but choose to “Deal with her later”. Immediately after that talk to her to trigger her first bare bottom
spanking and unlock the quest (Note that her first bare spanking also unlocks Chloe’s corruption and exhibition levels).
★ Chloe can be spanked for several reasons during the day – snooping in Emily’s room at 16:00, Spying on Emily at
23:00, etc. The easiest way to do this however is to simply keep taking showers in your bathroom and wait for her to show

I think I messed up the first night, now I don't get the second night options you are describing... how can I fix this? Everytime when she comes at night now I have to choose the drinks, then the topic, and then the topic again but I don't get any choice of "accept her request/give her some space" at any moment...
