Yeah I'll be honest, I tried twice to get through Chapter 1 and got stuck both times, so now I just grab the latest release and check CGs.
I rather think it's because there is no incest in it and no way to mod it into incest mode without re writing all the dialog. Look at the first page of the "Popular Games" and count those that have no incest... I still have to figure how this rating is done BTW...
