I've seen this pop up for others before but I am still unable to get through the dialogue at the end of Surprise with Chloe and Emily. I keep getting stuck at Emily not wanting to talk and there are no other options for either girl. I've tried re-downloading, created a new save, tried multiple previous saves. Can someone help me with this? Thanks.

I've had the same problem
After emily's last dialogue it took me a few more in game days before another talk with her trigered automaticaly
So try to skip some time to see if it works.
Thank you good sir, that did it, I had to skip two weeks ahead. Appreciate the help!

check a few pages back, I posted a complete gallery #12,351 .
The first one is a one time only when you arrive on the island, you need to investigate the sound.
The second one is with Amy, I don't remember, maybe give her the silver butt plug and check on her at night on the beach
So I'm in the office the second time, every time I try to talk to Emily I just get "Emily doesn't want to talk to you right now. She is still angry due to previous actions"

I presume that Emily is mad at you from seeing you with Chloe?
If yes stay on the yacht for a while, there is a set of dialog chains with Chloe and Emily to see the end of it.
