How to complete the last star in "Aunt Makes Mistakes"? I turned off Femdom but MC spanking is still on. I tried peaking during her punishments and I even tried accepting punishments but it doesn't end.

It's quite far away in my memory. Before any attempt, use F5 to quick save and if the result is not what expected use F8 to quick load and try again from the same point.
I remember some players having problems to get past it.

OK, there is a prerequisite :
You have a pending punishment for Em, deal with it.
2-3 days later, stalk the bedroom. In the morning you might catch Chloe, she'll earn a punishment. Do nothing ('store the punishment').
Keep stalking the bedroom. In the afternoon, you might catch Emily.
Punish Chloe only AFTER you have catched Emily in your room. Then the 2d star (and later the 3rd) should trigger normally.
You have a pending punishment for Em, deal with it.
