the pill event is a repeatable event, you can (and have to) do it several times. After you put the pill in the glas turn of the alarm clock, talk to susan next morning peek/walk at 20:00 into rachels room... You maybe wanna check out the walkthrough on this (see first page)
Peek on Rachel in her room in the evening (22:00) and report her to Susan the next day. That will trigger the usual event that evening.
Peek on her in the shower (08:00 IIRC). RNG decides what you see, so you'll have to do it more than once.

Got that first one, I had femdom contend disabled, I think that was the problem.
in a nutshell chloe wants to see her slutty sister punished by rachel. So your goal is that rachel will anounce during evening (dinner) that emilys behaivor is untorable and that she will be punished. To achieve that you can provoke emily during dinners, ask her whats up (random event max 1 per day) or distract her from her homework (licking, footjob, etc.) ... Everything that gets her bar full (see upper mid screen, 3 red bars next to emilys pic)...

Ok, so I had this problem and as near as I could figure out it was caused by using renpy rollback. So I quit that game and started over without using rollback and everything worked out. So not sure if the causal link is a fact, but I tried for a while to just do the action and it never gave me the stars. Now if you have other events you can do, you could just go ahead and every once in a while see if those stars unlock. If you don't use rollback, then I have no idea.
You can't continue with "Linda's Request", because those next stars require "Spending Time With Emily" which unlocks after Amy arrives.
Ok. i am not sure what to do with "As for Sister Rivalry, just keep pushing for a bare bottom spanking until she agrees"
To succedd in the next stars at "sisters rivalry" you have to talk to emily again and ask/talk about the plan. She will set up a meeting at the interior again with you and chloe (0:00 or 2:00 not sure anymore...). There you can talk again about the "bare back" punishment. Regardless of which her answer is meet chloe at 16:00 at the hottub for the punishment. Repeat untill she allows you to spank her bareback, repeat again untill she allows you to use the slap, repeat until she allows you to let emily watch... key here is to keep asking for the next step of punishment untill chloe agrees to it...
no its not in dare or truth... you have just to ask emily about her plan she sets up the meeting in the interior then. Chloe will just show up you dont need to talk to chloe for that...
