It probably isn't, but I have some pretty serious nerve issues so excessive effects like that get to me way to easy sadly.
If you could just add an option to turn it off, that would be perfect IMO.

So if there are a lot of such characters in the game, then the game is definitely not for me.

Never tried fractured worlds - must be some tangible difference at play though.
That is fair. I will probably avoid/skip slutshoom's content as well- unless it is with the protag or fxf. She sounds kinda like Qum from TLS or Cait from CoCII. (some of my least favorite companions from those titles.)
One doesn't need to like every character/route to like a game though. My favorite gal in COD is Willow and she is quite lovely.

It was addressed to you. And then you probably won't like truffle. Or Keikyu/Hanabi. But they are just 3 girls. The game has lots of girls. My intent is to have different girls appeal to different people. You may not like a few of the girls in the game. But there will be plenty in the game for you to like. That's why I keep responding to this kinda stuff. My intent is to make each girl a different prospect. And give the palyer some agency in determining how the relationship goes at points. Some girls like truffle are just what they are. But you should find plenty of content that appeals to you regardless.
What I don't like is the implication that I have some kind of agenda here. Like I'm trying to force a bait and switch. Or I'm pandering to one aspect specifically. I like harems and I will maintain at least choice when it comes to sharing within the harem aspect of the game. But there are characters that fall outside the harem aspect of the game.
Truffle never really becomes a love interest. Not romantically. If the player engages with her she just becomes a very good sex friend. They like each other but neither are under any illusions about what their relationship is. And it doesn't really go a romantic way.
With Raia sharing is never a thing she's utterly devoted to you. With Willow sharing only becomes a thing if the MC actively encourages it. Pepper doesn't share. Vanda has an optional sharing scene with Raia as a futa spell. But other than that is exclusive. Absinthe doesn't share unless you encourage it. The other three party members who are not yet ingame don't share. Out of the side characters who are optional futa. Only one of them shares with you. Of the two 'priest' human characters one of them becomes very whorish if you encourage it. She has a route where she is your devoted servant or she goes off the rails entirely. It is the players choice. The other doesn't share. Samantha doesn't share and neither does Tung Mei.

NTR is three categories Netori which is the protag stealing a girl, Netorare getting out right cucked, and netorase which is sharing your girls and cucking yourself on purpose basically. Hate to break it to you. The original cuckold concept itself was willingly sharing your women with other people and watching it.
Personally as long as they're not main love interests or party members I'd just avoid them or as long as I can just not take them into the party disregarding thots with no loyality. I don't care that much unless thats like the majority of the content of the game(clearly isn't based on what you've said), now if one of these characters is forced on me. Now thats annoying. Sounds like that isn't going to be a problem though?

Well if you want to define it that way you can. But I think it's a very misleading definition when it comes to hentai because in 99% of cases when you label something as NTR you are talking about a story where the protagonist is cucked .. usually by someone more masculine and in a very nasty way. Also sharing in this case refers to acts where the MC is an active participant in the act. Most of my 'sharing' occurs in threesomes+ There is ONE optional scene later where you could make an argument for him voyeuristically sharing. But in all other cases the MC is either an active participant or not present at all. And there's going to be a lot of scenes.
So you can make an argument that it is present? Sure .. I mean .. technically. like .. maybe one scene falls under your definitons of 'ntr' (The one I just mentioned.) But it's entirely optional. So honestly this just strikes me as pendantry at this point. This game is going to contain a lot of things. And we can bleed ink all over the place about what does and doesn't constitute NTR. But my fear is that the very discussion itself will put people who otherwise might be into the game off it. Because of the common implication of said tag. Which is some dude sitting in the corner crying and fapping while the love of his life gets impregnated by a megacock. Let's be real here .. that's what people think when they read that.

I fail to find an equation between NTR = Netorase or NTR = Netori in any of the places you mentioned.
I can see NTR = Netorare, and the other two being mentioned or defined, in no scenario as NTR simply as separate terms.
I agree that NTR is mainly used in reference to netorare, but its technically 3 sub categories and leads to general confusion and its not my definition. I got it from vndb and other tagging sites. I also agree that is generally what people think when they see it, because this site isn't splitting up the tags like they should with something that is just Netori. But you should know that the reality here is that, sharing a girl with another dude is going to have the exact same reaction as the jerking off in a corner thing crying thing, so it doesn't matter much. As you can already tell from other posts in the thread.
I'm willing to give the game a shot since it sounds like disloyal thots are avoidable, as long as I can just disregard the thotroom and girls like her. I can just not give a shit unless the scenes where the mc isn't involved or is sharing girls with other dudes is a large part of the content.

Honestly I wouldn't mind having the well poisoned a bit I mean well .. I'd love it if people in this topic were talking about my actual game. Rather than complaining about this one aspect. The game is new and I would really love feedback. What characters do you like? What mechanics are good and what ones don't hit so well? I'd LOVE to hear about your impressions of the story. Or the quality of the hentai content. I'm just so upset that THIS is what it all seems to boil down to. I mean .. maybe that's a good sign? No one's saying my game is shit and I have good reviews. But I am hungry for feedback that can help me improve the game going forward. I am very passionate about this project and I want it to be the best game it can be. It's about more for me than simply churning out something that hits the prime fetishes.

Enough devs/hentai artists have dropped that sort of content on people out of no where that people are gunshy. Blame those devs. As for other types of feedback, I'll try to leave some if I find any problems when I play it later.
Though like you sort of mention here, the fact people actually cared about enough to be pissed about the gangbang. Should tell you something about the characters likability outside of that at least. Because otherwise the feedback would have been exile her ass instead of wanting it to something that can be prevented.
I mean look at Cait from coc 2. The general reaction is, I like jerking in the corner while she fucks other dudes or I wish I could put a bullet in her skull. I rarely see any sort of middle ground there.

She will not LI if she is an optional, third-party character with no influence on the story, contact with whom is exclusively optional or has no contact with the protagonist, and the amount of content is rather scanty or non-existent.
Well, one more small detail. For me, a harem is the monopolization of all characters suitable for a harem. And as I understand it, your game is not about that.
