The MC isn't grooming the D, he's doing what any good father does; supports his daughter, comforts her, loves her, guides her. Yes, along the way the two started developing feelings beyond what's normal for a father and a daughter, but is he grooming? No. You make it sound like he's some kind of a predator hunting for little kids but he isn't, he isn't even a pervert. Basically the only thing how this story differs from the usual real life love story is the incest part. First of all, it didn't even start like "Hey, I get to see my daughter after so many years, I'm gonna fuck her!".
Secondly, even when the MC came to terms that he loves D more than a father loves his daughter, that he loves her more than as his daughter, he's still been very much a father to her, more father than a "boyfriend", sure his incentives have changed quite a bit, but don't they always when you're first close to someone on a platonic level and suddenly you develop romantic feelings for the person? And if you say no, then you've never been in love, the incentives ALWAYS changes when you fall in love with a person, and in MC's case he now has double the reason to be the best he can be for his daughter, as a father and as a lover. And even now, he's still being careful with her, he doesn't want to cross any lines that he thinks she may not be comfortable with or willing to, he's not pressuring her at all and if she would decide not to engage in penetrative sex EVER, he'd be fine with that, he's fine with whatever she wants, so no, he's not grooming and in fact he has given all the control to HER, she decides where things will or will not go, not him, he's not even giving her any ideas, it's actually Elena that has directly or indirectly given her ideas. A lot of this makes sense except for E. If E is such a slutbag, A she won't be able to hook up with guys if D is around and B she can't even talk about guys really with D. So why is she best friends with D and hanging out with her?

Because D has been there consistently for Elena. Elena kinds of burns through her relationships. There’s no consistent boyfriend (probably because she manipulates the hell out of them until they leave - or cheats in them). D is very forgiving (it’s in her nature) of Elena’s foibles and thus is (at least the way the VN is structured now) more of an anchor for Elena than her own father. — This is why Elena could actually work in a polyamorous relationship with D/MC, because she realizes how D, and slowly MC by relationship with D, are important sanctuaries for her.

Yeah she was the most active character in this update, but that's because the update was focusing on her finding out the nature and depth of this relationship MC and D has, as well as thinking to herself what her role is in all of this and where all that leaves her.
I also think that she's gonna be a lot of trouble down the road if she keeps becoming more bitter and jealous, she already showed signs of those. And taking that picture of D and F during their intimate moment just smells of blackmail attempt later on. Think even if you're on D-only route, Elena is still going to be investigating and taking evidence of F and D's relationship and activities, soooo yeah, I actually like her less than before now xD
Don't get me wrong, she's pretty cool, but I have no intentions having a relationship with her, she's so not my type, haha.
