Are there any news about DMD development? Because it now seems that he is fully invested in this new game Sunshine Love. It would be a pitty to see this game rushed and unfinished. Melody got already ruined by rushed ending.

How was Melody's ending rushed? The news about DMD development is that they're switching to a five week development period rather than 4 to give themselves more time.

I know this is a stupid question but what's the difference between harem relationship and polyamory relationship?

In a harem the male has relations with each of the women in that harem, 1 on 1 o 3-4 somes but those women don't necessarily have strong relations with each other (although they may). But basically harem relations are mainly sexual with maybe 1 of the females being the favorite. Polyamory however involves FEELINGS. Love among the people involved in a polyamory relationship, not only sex. There are different possible combinations in polyamory relatioships but the type discussed here in relation with DMD is that of a man (in this case F) being in either a harem or a polyamory relation with D + 1 (or 2) of the other characters who could fill that role (like Elena or Georgina or Jen or even Rachel.. or any 2 of them). The kind of relation that would come out of such combinations would more probably be a polyamory thing rather than a harem. Because strong FEELINGS already exist between each of the participants and each other participant, within the limits of the DMD story but also with the potential of developing those feelings even more.

It was rushed like hell! The last 2-3 updates (mostly the last one) were clearly made under the pressure of having to finish it till December 2019 and that was clearly visible in most compartments: story, writing, dialogues, spelling, animations (or the lack of them), etc. Even by some renders although that's MrDots strongest skill.
EDIT: And most of all, one could feel wile playing that the minds and the hearts of the makers were no longer by Melody in the last 2-3 updates. They didn't FEEL for it anymore! In their minds and hearts the game was already finished and they were now focused on the next project. And that was highly unpleasant for anybody who invested their feelings in this otherwise very good game. We didn't deserve that rush, mostly not at the end(s)!

As for DMD, since that's the "real good one" out of all MrDots games, i will just wait 1 week longer if it must be, because I know that, unlike by Sunshine Love, it will be worth waiting.

Yes but remember those BDSM POINTS that we kept getting along the game till recently. I personally hope that that line has been abandoned coz i'm not into BDSM but i can not be sure after getting all those points in the past..

I was absolutely sure a reply like this one will come Because i didn't want to lose too much time to explain in my previous post that:
- In some cases those BDSM points were not avoidable. Whenever they were avoidable i did avoid them.
- In some other cases they were connected with other kind of points that i wanted to have like exhibition or sharing points, or tits or butt points.. So i clicked to get what I wanted even if that meant to get also some BDSM points when i clicked.
- I'm not into BDSM but it doesn't disturb me either, i can basically even enjoy some light bondage (if it's not on me lol). What I can really not enjoy at all are the sado-maso and the dom-sub aspects and generally violence and pain.. Since I didn't know what type of BDSM may come when you get those points and since as mentioned above some were not avoidable, i ended up having such BDSM points if i wanted or not.

Only the devs know. However D+F+E+J would be most likely be the polyamoury type.

DMD is a game that builds slowly. You will start to see more of D exploring other sexual options in later updates. IMO Chapter 4 will be where all of the various sharing/open relationship/poly paths come to fruition.

IMO it would be longevity of the length of the relationships. Hit-it-and-get sex as a fling or one night stand without deep emotion would be indicative of an open relationship, it's more for sexual amusement. Polys implies a longer term romantic relationship with deeper emotional connections.

So, let me see if I got this right. so basically a open relationship is when F can fuck other girls and D can fuck other boys And still dating each other vs Polyamory relationship is when F and D can have another person into the relationship but have agreed not to take any new ones. For example, you could have a closed triad, a group of three people who are only involved with each other and don't get involved with anyone else.
