When you start chapter 3 you get to make some choices of what you did in chapter 2 then go from there. No save-load.

Yes, there was an update 0.27 (of chapter 3) which included important events and dialogues after Rachel arrived in the F and D apartments (about 2 days in time, as far as I remember). You can look at the version number, for example 0.27 was after 0.26b.

Unfortunately, do not expect a director’s cut. To do one would probably require about 6-months of rewrites and added scenes and not sure a rewrite of the past would be more creatively entertaining than spending 6 months on the future.

Will continue support to see how things progress until the beginning in Ch4 in what is now probably a misguided hope MrDots will stick to his original vision, and will eschew support of any other of his games in the future in response to the result I expect.
