First of all, what sister?

Not used to playing a game where I fuck my daughter, that explains why this game is of good quality. It's something that is done often in hentai and pornography but not in a western styled game.

Second, what quality has there been so far? The 2 frames crappy animations? The DAZ Studio stillshots? The only distinguishing quality things about this game are the writing and the UI, I guess.

-Game version is only 0.0.5 not 0.5
-Praising UI when more than half of it is Ren'py presets...
Girl designs are very well done, they got the makeup and cute faces to make the theme more believable of fucking your own daughter.
Breasts aren't overdone either, I would personally prefer them a bit toned down but that's just preference.
Small events of groping and kissing are also executed well, taking into fact that it is all done in our (player) POV.

If it weren't for the theme, this game would have recieved much less traction...

That can be applied to anything, books, TV, animation. If it has a story that has been done so many times that it can be considered a street corner prostitute then it will drop in peoples interest.

I actually agree with all of the above but it's been almost 5 months and all we've been able to do is kiss her. Kinda seems like it's being milked.

That's a new functionality offered by Patreon. One can set a goal (100%, 200% aso.) and it shows, how far you get with patrons pledging to you. Yep, it's more difficult this way to estimate how much a project actually receives, especially if the dev could have the idea to start a new one, and pledges for both are counted together. Clever indeed.
You might still see to the right how many patrons pledge how much (tiers), but need to do a little math to add up and multiply. But this is deactivated too. Well, I won't say any more...

As for the progress - there is a 'flower' of some sort, and if the 'petals'(?) are changing colour the daughter (or maybe other chars too?) gets more corrupted. Very similar to '

', but perhaps that's pure chance? If the player can change one or two of those 'petals' per update it means developing that game will take 12+ months (there are about a dozen of them, plus storyline with the other npcs).
That is what the dev meant by 'taking it slowly' with the corruption. Just saying.

I have seen some Authors (not only adult game) that make much money deactivate showing how much money do, I find that this is only for milking more money possible, because so no one can find that with so much pledge they could search for help or use more of their time. For now I haven't seen authors that make little or normal money or that release with perseverance activate the option, personally I have chosen to not give money to those authors, if they don't explain their choice. I have made the question to 2 I'm supporting and after 2 days they haven't answered (private message I don't care to begin a flame), if this will be the same for the end of the month I will quit them, I'm a single person so who care, but don't want to support people like those.

I don't really know if this is only to disturb patrons (or potential ones?), guess there could be reasons other than this. Maybe some 'institutions' might have a growing interest in the financial situation of some creators there, and it's all too easy for those to make an educated guess. Talking about taxes here.

But yes, you have got a point. It's not that those switching to the new 'milestone' overview are criminals. So if you asked them they could reply, if they wanted. It's nothing indecent or illegal after all, and they can give you an explanation.
Stay consequent, if you like. But please tell them why you are stopping your pledges (because they failed to answer you). It's only fair to let them know about it.

I consider pledging something intentional, one does like the work of others and does want to support the effort. There should be an open discussion about all things of interest among those involved. I don't know yet what I will do, but I will definitely ask them about their reasons for the change, too.
