I have played alot of the games marked ntr on this site (almost all of them) and like 70% are actual netorare and the other 30% are a mix of swinging, netori, and just seeing sex between non-love interests/random ppl. And tbh that is me being generous to the admins/labelers. And sure sometimes the deva put the tag on there to avoid possible complaints of "ugh I saw a different man's dick" but usually it is the admins who do it.

Yeah same for me. I have just unpacked the game after that NTR with Martin has begun. But i guess it doesn't worth it anymore. Here's too much NTR content for me and there's no Elena action anymore(just bj with MINX(!))

Why wouldn't someone vote for more content, even if it means one path is something they might not like, they'll get multiple options that they initially wanted. The author of the game is good. I liked his new plots. Look at the year of publication, how much you can pull the same plot with the same characters? First try to write a script and create a game and then criticize others.
