I've read there are plans to "renovate" Chapter 2.
Probably all the chapters will get a going over when the VN is completed.
Bear in mind DMD started 3 years ago, and in tech-time that can be the equivalent of decades. If DMD were begun today I'm sure the characters would look even better.
I kind of would like to see a Mr.Dots render of D using the latest gen software.

This. I was wondering the same thing. It feels as if the revelation magically happened off-screen between the end of Ch. 2 and the start of Ch. 3. I can imagine on Elena path E confronts MC herself and tells that she learned his secret (I'm not on Elena path so that's my speculation), but otherwise, the only way F can learn about Elena knowing is from D. And I don't remember them having that conversation about Elena on non-Elena routes. I suspect there are some lines of dialogue not triggering for some reason or that MrDots simply forgot to address that revelation.

Can you specify please when D tells MC about Elena knowing? And which path it was? Because on my Geo+D (+Olivia +Margo) path that never happened and yet MC still somehow tells Graham that "D's friend Elena knows about us but she's OK with it" despite the fact that he shouldn't know about that.

I dont know which path or which chapter, and since i think I have plenty of paths.
It was that E had a feeling there is something between F and D.
once they were togethere in hotel or smth and D went to bed with F since E was drunk. She got up and saw it.
That is how she knew and she wanted to..... dunno right word... blackmail is not right one.... but similar... F to have relationship with F since E wanted him from start now she wanted it in kind of 3-way if I remember correctly.
... and help F with D to achieve it and etc.....
That is how they know, that she knows.
And I think if I remember correctly, F tald D that E knows something, since she was acting "strange" with D (horny, sex. active with D) and D was affraid, that E find out about rel with her F, so F tald D....
But I'm not double sure about this part how D knows.

you need to play chs in order to get full story but you can start from ch3 too if you want but it'll spoil several things about prev. chs.

D hasn't told F on my D+Elena path. She's seen them naked spooning and told D that she knows but hasn't let onto F at all. There's the conversation about her first time but that's it.

What I'm really curious about (and I'm not on the martin path) is how F and D will deal with the fact that they're having someone around (Martin) to stay the night that doesn't know about them. There's the king sized bed and spare room so what's he going to think? Mc is a bit of a hypocrite but won't be sharing D with Martin

I think D tells Elena when they are on their trip to the country after Elena catches D in bed with F, but F doesn't know ELena knows at that point. But I may be wrong, it's been awhile since I played that chapter.

I would like a D+E event where D actually gives in and is a participant and not just a recipient. Which makes D realize she likes having sex with chicks and becomes a bit more predisposed for having lesbian sex with other girls.
And I am curious as to how the Martin paradox will be addressed.
IMO a Rachel+Maria (old boss) bitch-on-bitch sex event is likely.

D and F better move D's stuff (or F's stuff) into the spare room before Martin arrives. Because I don't think anyone would buy that D and F are a father and daughter who are so close they just sleep in the same bed.
