no (and all 19 episodes in 1 game would be quite large download) and my guess is that voice acting will stay as patreon only.

Kind of prefer it unvoiced to be honest, either no one is voiced or everyone is and that would be far to much audio.

well it was promised but when it happens is mystery so probably/pretty much. offline version of their newest game was also promised but that won't happen until story is over and then they start new game so we'll see in future.
