Why do you need to do your images in 4k? Most of the images that are made to be viewed online at most are 1800 to 2000 in size max. in my opinion the only reasion you would be an image at 4k is if you plan on printing it out on paper.
Hehe true. I render most images at 2600 and scale them down to 1280 for my Nv anyways. I tryed to do some 4K for wallpapers tho, thats when my computer gets stuck. For now thats good enough for me. Don´t need 4k, and since I render backgrounds and characters apart from each other and just combine them later in PS it takes me 30 minutes per render, thats okay. I tryed some animations too, but that has to wait for a better rig, that takes ages. lol.
