After you've seen all the animations, there isn't really all that much drive to do any of the things. Finding the consumables and better guns bits isn't really much. Especially given the development speed, the game desperately needs a stronger core gameplay loop to keep people interested while it's being developed. Leveling up traders, I suppose, is a good start. Of course quests, but perhaps also a stat system to work towards improving your terrible carry weight and stamina. Frankly, the previous linear setup for the raids was better for this because just getting through it was something. New hub method seems great, but needs something to do.

Quest system is planned, Dev did make a dialog system which precursors the questing. I think the hold up here is this step will bring life to the world and its takes writing and deeper level of creativity. Something he's procrastinating on for the sake of more technical development.

This thread needs to be nuked tbh. Everyone keeps yapping on about discourse and turns this thread into a warzone every two weeks. This game isn't sex focused. It's a shooter foremost, a shitty one to be exact and yes, it is bug ridden, lacking content, and demoralizing for the dev and the players. But stop complaining about the lack of sex every thread reset. It's fucking draining for everyone here and y'all should be banned for spam.
F95Zone is primarily a forum for sex-focused games. Otherwise you'd see pirate links for the latest Call of Duty here, which is a dedicated shooter. If DEV, didn't want people harping on about the sex, they should just disable it and leave it as a side gig. Like Lazerzombies. Let people play the porn animations outside of it, use a fade-to-black ingame, and have the game solely focused on combat, like COD. Problem solved.
As for turning it into a warzone, that is on the fanboys. Posters here, kept things civil until people like Risenkill comes in and attacks people. Then sure it turns into a warzone. It takes two to have a war. The people here will post their dis-taste, but that is all it is, until a fanboy comes in and turns it into an all-out war. Everyone has an opinion, so let them have it. Attacking them for having an opinion that is opposing to you, just creates a toxic hell-hole.

You can say the game is unbalanced.
You can complain about the bugs.
You can say it lacks cohesion.
You can be worried the dev will destroy the game with DRM ALA Fallen Doll.
You can even say it just isn't fun to play.

Yep. That describes this thread in a nutshell. You can say anything bad about anything gameplay, DRM, or story wise, but you start talking about the porn, and its like you just declared all out nuclear war.
Like if anything, the fanboys should be getting pissed off about the discussions on gameplay or story, as its clearly the main focus, and not turn into ravenous cujo-rabid beasts, when someone says the sex animations are few.
