There is new content but it's in the previous storyline, so you will need to restart to see it. (or from an earlier save anyway) Been a while since i played last update, so i'm not sure where the new content starts, but iirc it's mostly from around your visit to to the shrink until arriving in the new town/city.

How to ruin the best character in your story, becoming a porn actress out of nowhere, it is unfortunate that such a sudden change in the history of the sister, if you keep making those kinds of changes you are going to damage the game and drive away people who appreciated the game initially and later

If this is simply a "porn game" why bother with a story? Why not have all the characters be porn stars and just have them have sex than? People are criticizing how a specific character is being portrayed as a porn star. If this were a game about porn, then I would agree that such complaints would be silly, but it's not portrayed as such, so just having a character do porn without meaningful context seems out of place with the rest of the story.
We don't know what the rest of the story is yet.

So what? People can't voice their concern or criticism about the current content until they wait for more story when there hasn't been much progress to the story so far?
Also, the sister being a porn star was newly added to the story, so why can't people be critical of the change? If her being a porn star is so vital to the story, why wasn't she written so originally in the previous build?
So what, someone can't point out an irony when they see one?

I didn't say you couldn't. I responded because I thought your comment on it being ironic was misplaced since it was you that called it a "porn game". If we get an orgy scene next update with the MC and his workmates for no apparent reason, I'm sure you'll find it ironic if anyone has any issue with it, since it's just a "porn game".
