Been curious about this game but... just how much content does it have? idk what method is being used, but version 0.16 seems like very low for a game with nearly a thousand posts on it already.

A version number is really in no way representative of the amount of content a game has. Desert Stalker releases occur about 3-4 times per year. The amount of content is quite reasonable for those time periods. Consider a dev that puts out smaller, but more frequent, updates (monthly). They would have a version number of around 0.48 for the same amount of content Desert Stalker has.
Anyway, to answer your question, after almost 4 years, the game has quite a bit of content.

Actually a lot, it will keep you busy for several hours. But the good part is that the content is absolutely top quality under any metric.

You won't regret it. As others have alluded to in the thread, Desert Stalker's got a metric ton of content in it when it comes to character arc development, world exploration/world building, branching paths and conversational dialogues can also add to the overall replayability value of the game.I appreciate the input. Its got quite an intriguing overarching plot narrative to it as well that is better than 85-90% of the AVNs and other games that get posted on the Zone. Dev's also great at communicating updates and (has so far) done a great job at balancing time for reworks while advancing the plot of the game as well.
Plus, if you want to fuck sexy ASF Egyptian queens like Zahra (who is like 100000x better than Cleopatra) you've come to the right place

Ofc, it has been noted that many of the engravings or murals we have of her were Roman, and the Romans didn't exactly like her, so they may have uglied her up a bit, for propoganda purposes.
Most images agree on a rather hawk-nosed woman, tho: big ol' beak.
In many cases, traces of red tinge are found on the hair of carvings, and outright surviving depictions of red hair have also been found. She was ethnically Macedonian, which is an area just north of Greece, so that fits, unless she was just dying her hair or wearing a red wig.
