Technically, four. Three scenes involving family members and one involving a raider, but one of the family member scenes is fairly minor, so I wouldn't really count it.

If you keep Ain to yourself in the BJ scene, you can share Emilia with Igor instead. In the party at Igor's, you can also share both Ain and Zahra, though they just get motorboated iirc. The queen can share a slave with you, and Fang shares one of the girls with you, too. That's all I can think of.
