There hasn't been an update on Patreon since the last one on May 16. Since I'm not a Patron, I couldn't read that post, but what I could view indicated that he WAS working on it. However, he missed an update post for June, so the Abandoned tag might be appropriate. Extremely unfortunate.

the tag will only be set after three months without communication, i.e. at least all of July and part of August.

I have wanted to support this game financially, but wanted to wait for one more release, to make sure I liked where the plot was going. Well... I'm still waiting.
Fortunately, since it's not costing me financially, I guess I'll just keep doing that.

No specific holdup but we haven't got news since May. He was trying to stay away from Elden Ring to get his daily render quotas in so maybe he ended up succumbing to temptation
More likely, I'm guessing life happened. I hope he'll be back soon, he's got a way with banter and dialogues that we rarely see in adult VN He stopped charging us since April if memory serves so if you were to join as a patron, it would be a one time payment until the next release... ^^ It could be the kick in the nuts he needs to get back at it with an undefeatable spirit or something

Even with the Dev not charging his Patreons who in his right mind would become a supporter for a Dev who hasn't released an update in 9 months, especially with how bad the last update was. If you check graphtreon he actually lost 20% of his patreons.

Then again, knowing it would a one-time payment (that would be a few bucks for several hours of enjoyment, not the worst deal if you're okay with just enjoying a bit of the journey without the destination in sight at the moment

). I think the dev told us he would be rephrasing some context to clear some stuff so I had put the last release on the back-burner at the time. Maybe not the best choice in retrospect since it's been a long time since then but more content for me the day the next release is up! Yay! Everybody has their own opinion, so not everyone is going to like a particular game. As I said before, I was going to wait and see what happened next before deciding whether to support the developer financially. Obviously, I had a couple of concerns, but in no way do I feel like our friend. Equally obviously, I AM looking forward to the next release, concerns or no. I will play it regardless, with the only question being whether or not I throw money at the developer. It is extremely unlikely that I would stop playing.
But, if you have the time, why not play the last release and find out for yourself if you're still interested in the game. After all, if the developer makes changes, who says they will be confined to the last release? We might all be forced back to the beginning.

You seem to be as lucky as me. I wanted to do the same but it seems each time i am about to "wait for the next release before pledging" the next update never come..I encountered the same situation with Oopsy Daisy, Deviancy and My Family Employee (this one did release an update after something like 9 months so i am gonna wait more before committing.) Feeling like a black cat lately lol.

Seems like yet another case of a good game left out to die.
10 more days before that abandoned tag goes up.
