Got the same issue and fixed it, apparently the issue is with compress version using webp images which makes some of the interaction buttons go missing which makes you unable to progress the quest. You have no choice but to play the non-compressed version.

I think in this update animations took a step forward. Tittfuck with Beatrice and blowjob fantasy with Mia were pretty good. Scene with Catherine on the other hand was too heavy on 3rd person and over the shoulder angles for me. It really needed more first person pov angles.
It feels like the dev took a note of criticism his sex scenes got and went a bit too heavy in other direction. We don't really need to see face of the main character when he thinks about something during sex scene. Over the shoulder angle is pretty good for story/plot scenes but during sex scenes its just a much worse version of a first person pov angle. Scenes like the ones we got with Catherine kind of suck if nearly 100% of it is shown in third person and over the shoulder pov.
Scene with Beatrice so far is closest to ideal sex scene formula in this game. I would only stop showing main characters face everytime he has some kind of thoughts about situation, got rid of some useless 3rd person shots like this one in spoiler for example(main character got some thick ass for sure but we really don't need to see itYou don't have permission to view the spoiler content. All of the girls you mentioned will have many more scenes and story progression. Also critical to story.
And yes creampie heavily planned, but later on as I want to create consequences for careless creampie activities. XD

The problem is that I realized after asking/posting this, that the modder Qleaf hasn't been active on F95 since the 20th of april, let's hope that if he/she doesn't come back someone else has the knowledge to make a color change.

next main update (0.5) is gonna break saves so might wanna wait for that anyway, not sure when dev plans on releasing it tho, maybe august?
