At least to reach the neighboring rooms by minimap is one option. Otherwise it may also help, if the move arrows can be seen in general (transparent or whatever) when you do not mouse hover over them, too.
Depends on how fast he can fix this. More content is often better than a full fledged UI.
And regarding the fetishes, I also like what I see. Although it is a bit too much anal focused for my personal liking. But I'm sure we ll see a wide variety here. At the moment there is also a poll about fetishes ongoing. Hopefully there will be stuff like toilet services, too.
Anyways, the story telling is the best fetish and it seems like this one is doing it right.

I agree with those that said that the movement in the apartment is poorly done. If you want to preserve the map movement, make the minimap clickable, so that we could click on the room, and it would bring us there.
Right now it needlessly extends the whole "walking in the apartment' part with no reward. Moreover, some rooms, like the kitchen, show a different angle, dependent on which room we come in from. I believe it should be simplified to either only one angle, or add the buttons to turn around in the kitchen itself.
