I very much do not agree with that statement. But to each their own of course.i mean it just says 2023 right? for all we know it be in DEC right? unless it said somewhere it comes out this month and i just dont see it on steam info so we can take what we can get atm (tho it does crashes alot holy crap..)
You already get the '2023' indication, which is a pretty broad window, but at least that means no more than 5 months left, even in the absolute worst case. Barring any delays, that's doable.
As opposed to say Kagura, which took years to finally release Melissa or Messiah or [Fill In the Blank] after announcing that early without any kind of date.
So with Kagura's track record, I'd kind of see why. But in this case? Naaaah.
You're guaranteed to play a highly inferior product at this point. Not only do you apparently get to contend with a bunch of crashes and maybe other broken gameplay features that generally come with RAW MTL. You'll likely also miss out on the uncensored visuals Otaku Plan will likely provide (though not sure, they don't always).
And of course the obvious, the actual language use being more proper will lead to a more enjoyable experience playing it overall.
There's still lots of games that don't get the official localization treatment, so I'll reserve my MTL usage for those. At least if I already know of the official localization. Wouldn't be the first time I played an MTL or even censored Fan TL, which eventually got an official release (which I then will never touch and I'll regret having played it censored).
Anyway, bit of a rant I guess, but oh well.
