Errr, I think the choices do have impact later, but won't be much, since the main game has a different system so I think it will only result in different route point's values. I suggest you to try both choices for the experience, it doesn't take a long time, and you kinda have to re-enter your choice in the main game

Small dialogue changes and the context for how MC gets closer to the girls might differ a bit. But the goal is to have a snowball effect. There are almost imperceptible changes in dialogue lines at first, but as you farm points for love/corruption, it changes a lot in the long run. But as the current state of things is, it doesn't change much.

She went through a very traumatic experience. She's almost raped while her boyfriend is overpowered and forced to let it happen. Then she stays in shock while a mysterious figure saves and takes her to an abandoned place. There, she freaks out and is left alone in a psychotic state, afraid to get out for god knows how long. Instead of associating MC's image as a hero that saved her, he's the living embodiment of a traumatic experience for her. And because of that, she's having nightmares and hallucinations of his ghost, which worsens her mental state. She plays a part later in the story, but not for now. We have the main girls to focus on.

Credit to your characterization: for me as a fan to remember with non-voiced characters that one of them is British (even though I struggle reading in a British accent in my head) but that as soon as somebody tries to impersonate her over the phone, I'm thinking: "ACCENT!" and then later when Isabella starts criticizing the surgery, I'm like: "UH-oh", and you execute the character responses perfectly. And that coming right after the confusion played out between Lori and Ava due to their respective ignorance *chef's kiss*. this new version with a clean installs of 0.8.0b causes a chain of nonstop errors when sitting in your office and you choose to text sophia. You can rollback and choose the 'call lori' option and the game progresses fine

Can't tell if i should be proud that people are becoming more progressive and viewing gays as normal relationships or disappointed they're letting a little girl on girl action hinder their enjoyment of a fictional game
It's more like a "degradation" in relation to gays
