But as always, dear old Kyle will sit at the keyboard and try his flowery best to use his language to keep his church in sway. Any excuse for his church is fine as long as it is in his signature "trying to sound elevated" language. He's a "try hard" when it comes to that to sound as if he's a leader of a church and his word is their doctrine. But in almost every post, there's something he's said to keep them going for him.
So comparing his followers to a church is pretty fair. Think about it... when the priest/pastor/official gives their sermons and speeches, they often use this "flowery" language to sound as if they are more intelligent and are blessing us plebs with their knowledge. They always have something to show us as proof which is normally the religious text where they demand us to believe that source without question. So with that said, as you're sitting there in church, you are listening to a "teacher" who then gives you "evidence" for his sermon then compels you to follow his edict. Oh, there's a reason they ask you to come once or twice a week. It's to reinforce the beliefs and the behaviors of attending the church to "lock you in". Also of note, churches have tithes and pass around a collection basket during services. That's how they live, pay the pastor, pay for the church and they willingly donate for that reason. And if you attack a man's faith, you're on his bad side now and he will defend his church to the death. LITERALLY.
With that pointed out, I now wonder that when Kyle makes a post that he's intentionally polished his language to elevate himself and is using dutch angles of old dutch angles as evidence of "progress". And since he's been active about once a week or more in his posts, he is now keeping them conditioned. So it's possible that when you rightly attack Kyle's tactics, his "faithful" will take it as a very personal insult and will defend him to the death while saying "He's been active and there's proof." Honestly, they literally completely BELIEVE in that.
With those points raised, I would almost bet a church farm that his intent is to keep the funds rolling in while he lives on their dole like a Priest of Debauchery.
