Why the yellow "abandoned" tag, since it should be at least six months later? As far as I remember the last update was not that long ago ~about four months ago.
In May was his last time "alive" he has not released anything new, I understand that the creator said that he would release content every 3 months and he does not update anything, "I think" he has not given any explanation and people have already woken up for leaving The game on the side lost many patrons and money. It is not a bad game, just a bad creator for not taking care of his followers who spent their money supporting him.:HideThePain:

it may be pure mechanical prosess. automatics work this way.
when the input hopper for raw materials runs out of these same raw materials, the hopper empty sensor is triggered and the conveyor stops and the yellow light on the shift engineer’s console lights up. normal workflow - no big deal. As soon as fresh raw materials are delivered, the process will be launched.

Not automatic, they can't have an automatism that watches discord or whatever.
Also not all devs are active here in the first place, so what base the automatism on?

No, it was added manually, because the dev didn't say anything for a while and people kept nagging.
I thought there was a six month period, but the post mentions July ...

I see.
I think the tag was added too soon anyway. Towards supporters it would only be fair to at least post once a month, but not doing so doesn't necessarily mean he has left the game for good. This was always a sidejob for him, as he said from the beginning. Of course, if he'd managed to keep the pace up, he would now have happy followers rather than being marked a farmer with lots o cows.

I think what help get the abandon tag too. In the July post he pretty much promised to do biweekly updates on development and smaller updates. Only reason i left sides no news was I am a fixed Income so I felt my money could be better spent. I love the game.

Yeah, I like it too, that's why I am here (and no, not because of June, I would not mind if she was gone from the game for both looks and intellect).
But I don't do subscriptions, so I payed for the game on itch.io. Sure, they only get public versions and I know I am last in the food chain, but I am perfectly happy with that. It would also be ok if I got no update at all until the game is finished. But for that there would have to be a plan what the finished game looks like, all quests designed in advance. And I doubt such a plan exists for this game, the dev just does what all adult game devs do, follows a certain direction and includes wishes from the community as they come (even if he seems to have planed substorylines and events better than others do, I must give him kudos for this).

The abandoned tag comes from 3 months without communication on the development progress. That's how it's always been, so I don't know where people are getting "6 months" or why there's speculation as to why it was marked abandoned. The dev hasn't communicated about the game since July. July is 3 months ago. Abandoned tag was added.

I got it from "people" on the forum a couple of times, thought it was true, never bothered much however *shrug*
I don't really care about that tag, don't know why some are so obsessed with it. When I see a game on the forum, I check the date of the last update, if that's 2019, I know I can download it and put it in the directory for non ongoing games.

Maybe Porn game really don't make money, so many good games are abandoned
Not surprising TBH. Don't know if you remember, but Dev was less and less communicative prior to the last two updates. He wasn't active/talkative like in the early days. This is usually a bad sign. A few good games got brutally dropped, but it's pretty rare. Most of the time, Devs show signs of boredom before disappearing. There's always a change in their behavior.
