The other option is you can use the universal ren'py mod if you feel comfortable to try that.

I know, right? And there's over 3,000 images. The dev sure spent a lot of time on renders that weren't sex (which is perfectly reasonable, provided that you also spend a fair amount of time on renders that are sex; this dev did not).
