However, I will be happy to have these questions answered:
1)Does it make sense to switch from the previous game now?
2)How's it going?
3)Do the saves work between different versions of this game or do they need to be saved every time from the very beginning?
4)Which game is better, previos or new one?
5)Do i need to begin new game after the installation of some modes?

1. First game was kind of a first attempt from the dev to bring this kind of game into the community here. This game is a WIP aiming to do it better and with more content. If you're ready to wait between updates and want to bring in feedback from your play/testing session (optional) then i would say you can switch from the previous one to this one.

2. The game is under heavy work from the dev and multiple community members that offered their help. It's all done through discord and during their free time, so it's progressing at a variating pace, but it is progressing.

3. It's still pretty early so needing to restart might be needed for a few more times depending on how much/deep the next changes will be. Once the core of the game is fully fixed, and the updates start being mostly focused on adding content/bugfixes, the need to restart a new game everytime should definitely be gone.

4. Like i said for 1., it's an early WIP. It really depends on what you expect this new game to have that the previous one don't. There are some changes compared to the first game (for example you're no longer the final boss from your dungeon, but you can use spells to heal your monsters or weaken/mess with the raiders). The previous one is good, but if you feel like you're done with it (from boredom or anything else that makes you wanna get something new), i would say have a try to this one. It should be pretty much bug free and the community is working hard on it to add its own content as of slave packs while they wait for the new content to arrive.

5. If by mods you mean slave packs, you don't need to begin a new game. They can be added mid-game through dedicated menus inside the game and will work on the go.

I hope i was able to answer your questions well enough, but please do ask if there is anything else you wanna know.

1. Save/Load menu should have different tabs and allow you to overwrite saves. Having to wait to delete a save to save in that slot again is weird.

2. There should be an option to abandon a current slave for a new girl you capture during a raid. Best if you could compare current slaves to the captured raid girls as well at the end raid screen. Right now you're gambling on whether or not you'll capture a better girl in the dungeon for whether you should keep your slave slots full, doesn't feel great or make much sense.

3. The unskippable waiting shit at the game launch is obnoxious. This is just blatantly anti player, if people want to read it they can. Nobody should be forced to sit through that kinda crap, especially when they've already read it. I'm the type that likes to retry and test new things from the start over again, I've already been forced to sit through those waiting menus half a dozen times in half an hour while trying to test the game. You really don't want to make your game annoying to test. "I love unskippable text walls/cutscenes" - said nobody ever.

4. Game should have a way to quickly get back to the main menu/starting menu from any screen. There are a lot of times where I have to back out of several windows to get back to that stuff (The guidebook for example takes you back to the table of contents before you can access the quick menu). That kinda stuff should be on the sidebar. Just a lot of UI stuff could be improved overall. Basic rule of thumb is anything you want to be able to access immediately shouldn't take more than 1-2 clicks or something. Especially getting back to main menus.

5. Save/Load/Delete times are really long. Not sure what's up with that, I've never played a game like this with such long wait times. Made worse by number 1 here. (This did appear to get better later on, though it seems to fluctuate a lot and can take up to around 10 seconds at times.).

6. As I think was mentioned before, would be nice if the girls in the dungeon are actually the girls you capture at the end. Them suddenly changing characters after the raid is so weird. Thought I was gunna get a virgin Archer from Goblin Slayer after the raid, end up with some random chick, sadness.

7. Would be nice if the statuses said what they did on mouseover during raids. I know it's in the menu, but that's just more of that player friendly ui shit.

8. Oh forgot, personal preference but it would be nice if there was a way to raise obedience at low obedience that didn't require you to pimp your girls out. Game makes it seem like you have options for how to raise them and can avoid certain types of jobs, but the only way to go from 1 to 2 obedience appears to be pimping them out or making them service your monsters. Even the monster route only allows the wizard sex at 1 Obedience.

Feels like the game still needs a lot of work with early stuff. I don't really want to keep testing this as is. Seems like I already hit the content limit, nevermind. It's a really cool idea, I just hope it's made more user friendly, attractive, and there's more connection/consistency with the characters. See issue 6. People will look forward to capturing a girl from a raid and often be disappointed with the system as it is. People want to to defeat and capture/bang their anime waifus, swapping in rando characters for their sex images or completely swapping their character out of nowhere ruins that.

If you want to go the "random character images that all roughly look like the same character route", you might want to avoid using any popular characters by default. Really makes it obvious when the character is swapped. There are enough random similar looking OCs to avoid that on most booru sites. Search by hair/eye color and get hundreds/thousands of results.

P.S: Is Absent Mind even functional? What does it do? No icon appears.

1 i believe is the fault of the engine rather than the game. Other Twine/HTML games do this too. 5 might be on your end, as I don't have those problems and it's the first i'm hearing of them. 6 will be somewhat implimented in the future with raider portraits matching the slave, but the trap effect scenes will still be generic. The reason we can't do trap effects for every character is simply because not all characters have art of such things. I MAKE a good deal of packs, and they take long enough and have too many duplicates already.

Degrees of Lewdity has an overwrite save feature. Glad 6 is being worked on.


There are better options for the traps in my opinion. I've made character packs for Pytfall, so I know the struggles. Some shit that got me through not being able to find a specific image for the character:

1: Specific character but generic or similar example:

Generic Anal + Wire Trap (Using Aqua):

2: Clever Cropping for traps that doesn't show the character (Probably the best option). You could find better examples, I just did this quick (Basically grabbed some images on the first pages of gelbooru, there are hundreds of other examples I could use for either). This doesn't take long once you set up a system for it, I went through cropping and resizing hundreds of images like this for Pytfall. Traps shouldn't need that many examples.

3. You could also go the hardcore route and modify an existing image to fit the trap. Drawing a rope on a girl's crotch from a normal nude drawing wouldn't take long or require much skill, same with the slime actually too. One of those "Invisible penis enters vagina/anus" pics could easily be modified to a slime entering. Most characters have some of those.

Look, Aqua suddenly being assfucked by a slime, took less than a minute.

If you want to take a bit of time and actually use refs and look up tutorials on drawing slime and shit, it'd actually be good too, lol. Could get to the point where you can add slime to any image in a few minutes with pretty high quality. Even the sleeping mouthfuck could just draw/paint semen on the girl's mouth or something (Slime and semen are basically the same). All the wonderful things you can do with some blobs of paint and imagination (Thanks to the amazing artists that already did 99.9% of the work towards this, lol.)~

I really want to make packs for the game, but I'm waiting for the system to be better for it so I can use some of these myself.

Real life things are slowing me down but still making progress when I can. Apologies for the delay.
No need to apologize at all! This is a game - a good one too, but it is just a game. Real life stuff should always come first. I really look forward on seeing what the next update will entail though! :)

In regards to what I wrote in my rating:
Have you thought about the type of art in the game, as in will you keep it within one art style? For instance all the girls are 2dcg and mostly anime type art - will it stay in that? (I'm hoping it will, but it is your game and the game is good regardless).

Yes, for the content that I am adding I plan to use similar art styles. If anyone does want to see something different, like real or 3d porn, you can look for slave packs that contain those styles.
