what's the difference with the older version?
Main change is...

Older version : You're a dungeon boss, and the final encounter of the raiders. You gain levels that allows you to use more attacks/spells to beat the raiders once they reach you.
New version : You're the dungeon manager, you do not directly fight the raiders once they reach last room. Instead you can heal your monsters or cast spells on the raiders to weaken them or confuse them.

Also content wise, the new version only has anime content while the old one had real porn in it too. There is no longer slut class (which could be pretty op and ruin your run really fast).

Old version is still there for people that enjoyed it and wanna keep playing it but there is no plans to add content to it since it was a first attempt from the dev to create such a game.
New version is the one being developped and support player created content such as slave packs (so you can technically add back real porn stuff in it if you desire so or bring other girls from your favorite fandoms).

It's flagged as onhold for now cause of IRL reasons slowing the dev process (work being one of the reasons) but it's still worked on.

I invite you to join the discord to get more infos and chat with other players

Also, don't ask "when's next update" on there or the discord, you gonna add more delay to it !
(it's a recurrent joke on there)

I dont use discord, so if you guys dont mind, I'll post here my list of possible traps/monsters and you guys can share your opinions on them:

The issue I see here is finding art to go with these ideas:

Traps:

You have to find a key at the bottom of a pond to continue but the water is and aphodisiac or disolves your clothes/ its some sort of tentacle monster (so this could also serve as a monster if you want)

Two walls close in the adventures but instead of spikes on them they are dicks/gloryholes the gotta blow before the walls close on them

A Sphinx that makes you solve a riddle so girls with intelligence are good here (this could also serve as a monster)

A library with cursed/hentai manga in them so girls that like reading are more likely to fall in this trap and read books that make them horny, wet, perverted etc. Maybe they feel the need to tell those stories to the rest of the party and hurt them with a sexual attack

A magical garden where you could trigger getting attacked by plants (this could also be a monster)

A mimic (this doesnt necessarily needs to be a treasure. For example, it could be a carpet that when you step in it, it sorrounds you and licks you or uses magic (could also serve as a monster)

An ancient temple that when you pray on it you gets cursed or summon demons (could also serve as a monster)

A snake trap (this could be other type of animal) that posions you but its a lustful poison (this could be a monster too, like a snake charmer for example)

The false corridor/wall, if you go through it, makes you go to a previous room and maybe separates the party? Idk how balanced that would be.

A room full of potions, if the get it wrong, they get poisoned and get hurted magically or sexually, if they guess correctly, they get a buff. (this could also be a monster, like an alchemist since there's already a class in-game already)

Statues that become sentient if triggered the trap (these could also be monsters)

A kitchen where a cook that poisons the food (could also be a monster)

Holes on the wall- These could be so they get stuck in them and fucked or just straight up gloryholes.

A fake nursery/hospital that girls go if they are injured and seek getting healed but they fuck in them (this could also be a monster)

A confession booth in which girls go to confess their sins but they fuck in them, same as the hospital but with a different stat.

A magic lamp that turn your desires into lustful ones (this could also be a monster in the form of a genie)

A cursed stable/zoo full with lustful animals (this could just be different monsters)

Catacombs that can trigger skeletons or some other monsters (obv this kind be monsters too on their own)

** Do keep in mind that a lot of these rooms that apply magic or poison could also trigger different fetishes or transform the girls, making them futanari/changing their shape, gender, making them pregnant, or making them being milked or whatever you feel like implementing into the game.



Monsters:

All the possible monsters mentioned above.

Some sort of siren/musician that charms the girls.

A monster that eats clothes/armor

A corrupted monk/nun

A person who disguises themselves as a guide or some sort of helper but then leads them to traps/attacks them when defendless.

A psychic/tarot reader, it's the same logic as the room full of potions, girls could get buff or debuffs based on their luck.

King dice/cards, you play a game of dice/cards, same as above, you can get buff or debuffs or get hurted.



And then I guess Ill go through the most obvious/classic ones:

Tentacles

Medusas/ gorgons

Satyrs

Goblins

Orcs

Ogres

Minotaurs

Centaurs

Harpies

Corrupted elves

Succubus

Fairies/gnomes

Devils

Anthropomorphic creatures

Besides actually writing the code, this is the main issue. Ideas are easy to have, everyone has loads, but actually finding suitable images to make these ideas possible is the biggest challenge. Ideally we'd have enthusiastic artists making custom fetish art for the different creatures and traps, but that isn't a thing.

Finding images is one of the biggest issues. Feel free to join the discord if you want more info.

I said a while back that the author should focus on releasing small updates instead of retooling this game into his magnum opus because I was afraid exactly this would happen.

I hope he releases what has been worked on and doesn't just burn out completely and walk away, because this is a great concept.

Well next update is Rank 2 being unlocked along with new content. This isn't the kind of content you can just break into small updates since you can only have 1 monster/trap type at a time, so no double slime or stuff like that. You need to have more content to go along the release of a new tier of your dungeon, along with new challenges to tackle.
Personally, I think smaller updates would be preferred for later stages of the game, once a few ranks have been unlocked and the main core of the game is fully implemented, allowing for easier content adding, rather than early on since it could break the saves way more often if the new content changes something central.

Also, about your fear that the dev would burn out and walk away, don't worry. He's still working on it and even answer directly to bug reports made on the discord. Remember tho that he's doing this on his free time, after work hours or during weekends.
I myself barely get any time to do my daily fun activities after a 9 to 5 work shift 5/7 per week, i can't even imagine how much harder it must be to spend the few hours you get on coding a game.

I get what you are saying, but what I think most people want from what I've read here is, getting rank 2 unlocked, getting one more and one more trap, and being able to play around more rooms. I think most people would be content with that for now, no need to reinvent the wheel.
Personally, I downloaded the version one guy posted in this thread that allows you to unlock more rooms and I've had my fun using that room space to make more wacky and interesting combinations with the traps and monsters already existing in the game.
I hope the dev is doing well cause his concept it's cool indeed.

I get all of that, but at the same time the last release was 8 months ago. It is natural to worry that a game dev might have already burnt out with a gap like that.

Maybe, maybe not. Point is, the dev will probably never ger a single $ for his work, so the right way to incentivize him to keep up, would lie in encouragement, rather than pessimism. He owes us nothing...

So thanks for the work do far, dev; let us know when you're planning to do more. We have cookies and whores for you. Mostly cookies, actually. :whistle:
