Same here. I would think it'd be easier to get people to donate if they know how development is progressing. It's kinda difficult to get backers when they can't see anything new. I liked the idea of the game, and though the last version we saw was super buggy (dev stated it wasn't an official release that was meant to even be seen, which explained the bugginess lol), I was hopeful for the next update. I had even debated on going back to Patreon for a couple games, but this one won't be among that list if I can't see the progress. Who knows if it's still in the same state or not?

According to the last few comments (on this very page), it's Patreon only, updates are not put up here, the last update that was put on f95 was not meant to be released to public, and was a buggy version, and apparently people were whining about a buggy version that wasn't even meant to be released. Nobody updates this page.
To me, this game is dead, because (as said a couple comments above this) if the game isn't updated here, or at the very least someone comment on here about the current status of the game, I won't be going to Patreon to download the game.
But, according to previous comments in here, the game won't be updated on f95 anymore, and is only Patreon. At least, that's what I understand from the comments on this page.

So this game is not updated? There are some screenshots in the op that I didn't see on my playthrough. The game ended after the Mc meets the mom's milf friend.
I'm just confused as to why the "buggy leaked version" is still up and the creator hasn't had it taken down and replaced with a legit version. I just tried the version here and it really is buggy to all ends and back and that in and of itself makes me not want to donate to Patreon to get the new updates. And believe me, I've hit several Patreons after finding their game here. Give us a public release that has more content, isn't buggy, and lasts more than 15 minutes (excluding bugs forcing you to replay sections) and I'll happily join Patreon for this game to keep up with future releases. I've done it for several games already and will keep doing so for the ones I like.

The game is not Abandoned. I have had to step away due to the impact of covid has had on my family. During this long time I have been working on the game and have many things to talk about with the upcoming update.
As for not updating the version in the OP I was told by mods not to touch it. I was NOT the one who edited my post and added that leaked version. I can only assume a mod did. Because of this I was told NOT to edit ANYTHING a mod has posted/edited or I will be banned. I have sent messages requesting for it to be changed but the only messages I have gotten back were "tough luck"
I do plan on a posting a version here once I polish it up some more. Lots of changes have taken place from the last version posted on here to the most recent version and the newest update that will be released soon. Here is a short list of some changes that are in the latest release that I am currently working on. Along with the listed changes I will be making some changes to patreon. I have received a ton of messages confused about tiers and such. I plan on making it very simple and easy to understand on what you get when you pledge.

Fixed a bug that when aggreeing to show your ass to Mr Trady you didnt get 100$. You should now have 100$ in your wallet when freemode starts.
Fixed some more early game grammar and spelling errors
Fixed a bug that prevented players from entering the secret room at Trady Tower
Updated UI/Chat box along with Font
New menu theme
All menus now work properly along with being able to quick save and quick load (such as settings of the volume and text speed)
Right click now opens up save menu
Removed many unused variables
Cleaned up the compiled version
Turned down the music 90% -> 20%
Added day counter (this will be used to track certain events as well as triggering some.)
Added so the player now has to pay rent (this is still being fine tuned and as of right now, every 7 days you will lose 150$ Failure to pay rent 3 times results in a gameover)
Pressing Exc now opens game menu
Added over 200 new renders
Added weekend event for Riley. She now will show up in the livingroom every weekend (Saturday, Sunday)
Fixed a bug that was causing the week to not reset back to Monday when you slept on Sunday
