Nah, they've always been willing to point out BC has been incompetent, not malicious. And those polls were just for fun, not actual suggestions for what's going into the game.

I just hope the guy didn't pass all this time doing nothing but continued the story so when this merge is done we can move on fast.

I enjoyed this vn. Regardless of the timeline of development, After each week I looked forward to following the story. I found it highly confusing to understand what parts were needed - for example the 20-21DM update is actually 15-21 (I think). One thing done with this enjoyable material was the implementation of Dark Mind. Being able to isolate and configure what fetish/types of scenes was brilliant. Besides the fact it hides the 'incest' word that Patreon and everyone scans for patches and censorship, having configurability to the patch content was something I wish all Devs got in line and implemented. In that way, there would be a 'base' content, and a DM patch which you could separately enable at your choice.
I originally thought this was 4 weeks, read some from discord and patreon about the merging then obtained as much as I could and sorted it out.
Personally - I'd love to see the toys/machines come out of the storage room, and hope the dev begins in earnest to approach the 'awareness' of the harem about/to each other.
One last kudo's - on more than one occassion I literally laughed at my screen.

They're currently working on a merge for the current three weeks, which will come with a bunch of bug fixes, new implemented mechanics and will be the only way to carry saves going forward due to all that. Unfortunately, they didn't realise how big a job that was so it's been taking a ridiculously long time. We don't actually have an estimated release date unfortunately.
Week 4 is on hold until that's done. It probably won't be too long after the merge is done if past output is anything to go by, for whatever that's worth. Probably going to be quite a wait though.
In december they were 2 weeks away from a release, 7 months later there's nothing to show. You can guess what they're actually doing.

I can't personally confirm, because I'm not a Patron, but higher tier patrons can see the updates being made to the game (on github, I think? Skummy can confirm the specifics there), so it's it's pretty safe to say it's being worked on.
There is chance the high tier Patreons are just part of the nonsense conspiracies of the devs trying to con people out of money, but literally anyone can just become the relevant patron and see for themselves and throw a spanner into any plans like that.
if thats the case then lets hope he and his are working on the game the whole timejust making it look like he isnt.
So not gonna throw people under the bus, but snag do happens because of the speed of the dev team not being exactly up to par. Seems that everything is out of Blue's hands at the moment and up to his team to wrap up the last of issues. I would hope its not too much longer, at least for us Alpha folks, I don't have a timeline but shit has been happening and continues to do so. If you don't believe me that's your right to do so yez, just understand I've got my ear to the ground for ya and will let you know the moment I have something worth talking about. Till then...

If and I do mean if this is still being worked on and Blue does not do code at all so he at least should have 10's of thousands of new pic's and the story so far ahead that 3-4 months of game play should be able to be done rather quickly.

Yes on Blues end but same said team has to bring each update home. They did have big size updates about every 6 weeks before, wouldnt expect anything less after the merge.

You can tell me release is tomorrow or in two years and I have no idea which one would be more likely. That is the problem when good information becomes scarce and messages become unreliable. Again, not because I think there was some Machiavellian plan, I think it simply accounts to too many "random noise/unaccountable" messages.
So, I doubt any ETA anyone has said is accurate at all. The most we can do is hope (and despair). So for those asking about releases, please don't take all information with a grain of salt.

In fairness I don't give ETA's or anything, I just let you guys know that stuff happens, and I'll tell you when the Alphas have a game to playtest because that is concrete proof of the Merge being near to close at that point. I'm pretty sure Blue has already said in a past update that there's at least 2-3 months of story and renders done that just need to be coded once the merge is finished. So if Blue kept working after that you could probably safely assume 3-5 months of content waiting for code. Between that and the merge making future updates simpler we've got smooth sailing once month 1 is finally out.
